I stumbled into Good Deals in Naples, I needed a new refrigerator. Everyone in the store was friendly and had a positive attitude, it was then when I met Jason Toprani the store manager, he showed me one of the top of the line refrigerators, and I bought it. The entire experience was amazing. Specially dealing with Jason Toprani, he was very knowledge full of his products and made the experience even better. When the delivery staff showed up to deliver the refrigerator, they had the same positive attitude and the delivery was on time and delivered exactly as Jason said it would be. I strongly recommend Good Deals from Naples, and ask for Jason Toprani.

Five Star Customer Service I am deleting and updating my previous review of this store. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from the store manager Jason. My previous review was more about the Whirlpool washer I bought and I will review that item elsewhere. Jason was very pleasant and bent over backwards to help me get resolution to an issue with the original machine I purchased. Thank you Jason. Do your research on the machines youre interested in and if they dont have what youre looking for ask them to order it for you. They will give you a better deal than the big box stores.

I never felt better about buying and letting go my money. Jb is by far the most knowledgeable sales person I know. We brought appliances from another location and found out that we were paying alot more for same product. Jb took his time and stepped me up to better deal with more reputable product. Gooddeals delivered our appliances the very next day and we are very very very satisfied. I will recommend gooddreals and jb to all my friends. No need to look anywhere else for my appliances needs. I recently purchased a dishwasher from Good Deal appliance in Naples, FL and really enjoyed my shopping experience. They have a huge selection and the Salesman "Bobby" was very knowledgeable. Their price was comparable to any big box store and have the availability. The appliance was promptly delivered next day at the stated time and the delivery guys were very courteous. I recently purchased a refrigerator from Good Deals and the whole experience was excellent! Sarah was very helpful in the showroom and I ended up getting stainless steel for the same price as white enamel. I thought about going to an outlet store close to my home, but I would have paid nearly double for delivery and they would not have taken out my old one. Good Deals should change their name to Great Deals because they are awesome!

We bought a clothes washer and had problems with it. Sal and his crew made it right. Our initial salesperson was Bobby. During the process we had dealings with Sal the owner, Jason the manager and Tony another sales associate in the store. What a great bunch to work with. I feel no need to go to another store to purchase any appliance other than Good Deals Appliance in Naples. This is a 5 star group!

Jason Toprani has been an excellent salesperson, and the process is efficient, fast, and I feel confident that each time I made an informed purchase and got a good deal. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY POOR. WHEN I CALLED TO CLARIFY A MISCOMMUNICATION, IT WAS IMMEDIATELY ASSUMED THAT I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD MISPOKEN. WHEN I ASKED THE OWNERS BROTHER TO DIAL DOWN HIS "ATTITUDE", HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS A VERY BUSY MAN AND DIDNT HAVE AN "ATTITUDE". I GUESS THAT WAS ALL ME AGAIN.
