Had a problem with my refrigerator cooling. Had a technician come out to check refrigerator. Found no problems but fridge began to work properly. 3 weeks later problem reaccured. Received a voice mail to set up another service call, returned call a few minutes later advising someone had already been out and my landlord said he would replace. Was told to come in and pick another out. Came to store and immediately started to get a headache from musty metal smell. Was told they had no records a service call was originally place and service call must be done before replacement and because I didnt call back immediately (which I did) I had to wait until Monday. After speaking to my landlord on my cellphone she plopped my cell phone on the counter instead of nicely handing it back. I glad a look afterwards. She asked me "do you have a problem?" I told her she didnt have to do that just. Then told me I could leave her store. Soo even though it was a problem on their end with record keeping and customer service I was asked to leave because I disputed because someone had already came out before which they finally found record of. I will go all weekend without a refrigerator for the second time. Very poor customer service and again place was smelly.

Technician was an hour and a half late and when he finally got here he was here all of 5 minutes and still made us pay a service fee. Sherri who works in the office has been nothing but rude or myself and my husband and even told my husband that she spoke to me at 1 pm when all she did was leave a voice mail and I called her back at 2:30 and she said that the he was going to be late. So she lied to my husband. She also said that the technician wouldnt just show up and be here just a few minutes because it was close to closing time but thats what he did anyway. He also told us the 43 degrees is a reasonable temperature for the refrigerator. I told him no its not because we have it set to 3u degrees and he proceeded to argue with me. Worst place EVER!!!

My dryer stoped heating and door switch went out i called and asked how much fuse was years ago the owner told me its always the fuse! The woman on phone was short saying they send someone out i said no i tested and its the fuse she argued with me saying i had to get it all checked out and dryer will get (confused) over switch not working and stop one day! I asked for prices lol i bought $5 part online vs there 60 package crap and door still not confused!

Just bought a dryer it works great looks like a new one. Great prices! And there is a warrenty which is nice to have for something used. I did not smell anything musty in the store. I would definitely go back for other appliances. They even offered to deliver or put it in or truck. If you are like me and just dont want to pay full price go here they had a big selection and deserve way more reviews then what they have here.

I absolutely love this place, they are super friendly and very helpful. I came in to buy a dryer and after talking with the Owner he explained it was probably just the belt and walked me through replacing it, my dryer that I spent $20.00 to repair is working great. He could have very easily sold me a Dryer for $150.00. They really mean they free troubleshooting and advice. A great asset to Bartow.

Place is awesome most friendly and fast service you can find. I was also present when an unruly customer came into the store and complain that it smelled she was then very rude to the owner and was trying to cause a big scene. The way it was handled with professional and I was impressed. This place is family run and they make you feel like family.
