I was looking for a particular sofa made by England and nobody local would help me, I was over 2 hours away from their location and Stacy helped me with order over the phone, even helped me choose a color, and when I got the "let me call you back" line, THEY ACTUALLY CALLED BACK!! I made a deposit over the phone and she ordered the couch and made arrangements to pick it up locally when it was delivered. If the service in the store is half as good as over the phone, you wont be disappointed!
