My wife and I spent quite some time picking out exactly the refrigerator she wanted. It was a little more than we hoped to spend, but it was perfect for us. On delivery day, the refrigerator arrived damaged with a new and quite large dent right in the front door. The delivery company showed it to us before they unloaded -- they knew we would not want it -- and said they tried to not even pick it up at the store but were told to "try to deliver it anyway and see what happens". It took two phone calls to get a refund -- the first associate said he would have the manager call me back. Two days later, I called the manager who said "this is the first I am hearing about this". It does not speak well either for the manager or for the operation when a fairly major purchase is returned but nobody knew about it -- even after I left a message! (Frankly, the manager did not seem to care at all about our experience... I was just an annoying phone call in his busy day, I guess) We will never get the time back we spent selecting the refrigerator, we will never get the time and labor back we spent unloading the old refrigerator and reloading it, and we will never do business with this Sears outlet again. I had multiple good experiences with Sears Outlet in St Petersburg, FL when I was a property manager in that area. Discount stores do not HAVE to be operated poorly.

Horrible experience. I paid for an extra firm queen online and when I received the mattress, it was an entirely different make, model and firm mattress. On 4/03/16, Carl, the store manager, said I needed to drive the mattress back to the store for a refund. I live an hour and twenty minutes away, in Pine Island. When I balked at cleaning up their mess, he said he would have the mattress picked up on 4/16/16. On 4/16/16, no one showed up. Despite repeated calls and assurances that Carl would return my call, I did not receive a call. After my sixth call of the day, at 5:30 pm. Carl answered. After putting me on hold for five minutes, he returned and said that he would have someone pick up the mattress on 4/21/16. Not once did I ever receive an apology or a concerted effort on his behalf to remedy this fiasco. Wow. Im escalating this complaint to Sean Craft, the district manager. Theyre socially friendly, the Sears team. But no one knows what the other is doing and they did not once care. Ill never shop Sears again. And, as of this writing, 4/17/16, Im still out $350.

My fridge recently died on me. After plenty of shopping around, it was clear that this location would be my best bet for finding a sufficient replacement (and honestly... a big upgrade from my last fridge) at a reasonable price point. The only thing to make sure you understand is that their delivery company only goes to certain areas on certain days. But their staff furthered my inclination to be a customer by letting me make decisions with 0 pressure and providing me with useful information. Milaine was very helpful and friendly yesterday when I hadnt yet decided on a unit. Karl and John helped me hunt down what I found through their website and made sure my purchase went smoothly tonight. Next time someone asks you where they can buy an appliance, be a good friend and recommend this place.

My spare garage refrigerator croaked (after 30 plus years, thanks GE) so I wanted a decent but inexpensive replacement. Sears outlet has a big selection of discounted new refrigerators with minor dings and scratches. I bought one and delivered it myself. After four hours was thinking it was not cooling properly and removed (bit by bit) a chunk of styrofoam in the vent thinking it was packing material obstructing air flow. WRONG. That is part of the fridge and necessary. I called Sears Outlet and told them my predicament. No problem. Bring it back in and you can exchange it. I did. Thanks Naples Sears Outlet.

Dont bother to come here its a waste of time their prices are higher than the regular Sears store you think youre getting a deal but youre not technology and your phone youre able just to put in the style model number of the appliance that youre looking at when I realize it was even higher than regular Sears I asked the sales person His answer was we are two different companies Im a little confused Sears has an outlet store and now theyre saying they cant be compared because theyre two different companies again dont bother you will get ripped off go to regular Sears their outlet store is a joke

This place is horrible, dont get auto service there !!! the check in process takes 15-20 min alone, just for a simple oil change. I called ahead and was told that there was no wait and i can come right down, so when i got there i was told it always takes 1hr and 20min for an oil change with an appointment or not! Then after waiting through the check in process they stated they didnt know what kind of filter or how much oil by my VIN, and couldnt do the change. I took my keys back and left . NEVER EVER AGAIN

Lucky to be in need of a refrigerator on the day the store opened! Staff was extremely helpful and patient while explaining the differing features and models. Selection was extensive for all major appliances. Prices could not be beaten. Excellent value! Surprised to see mattresses and box springs are also available.

the sears salesperson Karl who helped me was very knowledgeabl and friendly, i did not feel any pressure from him ass i am a senior citizen and sometimes feel like i am being taking advantage of but not at sears outlet store, i would recomend them to anyone needing appliances

They use XPO last mile for delivery and installation. Google reviews on XPO and you will understand the 1 star review. Too bad they dont use their own blue crew, those guys seem willing to help. I wont be buying anything from this store anymore.
