We had the worst experience with Appliance Mart in Streetsboro. Worst Ever. Terrible. Weve done business with them before but never will again after this. We bought a refrigerator since ours wasnt working-- needed one asap. They told us to go home and empty out the old fridge and they would help move it out and the new one in the same night. Rushed home to take out my food and they never came. Delivery guy called us and hung up on us. We had to throw out half our food. Left messages for Linda and waited for them to reopen. Called this morning and said yeah, where is my refrigerator? So we set a new time of 4 pm for delivery-- surprise! Never showed! My husband called and Linda says, oh, he just left and should be pulling in your drive way any minute. Again no one was showing up, didnt come. This time my husband went up there before they closed because were not getting shafted again and Linda said she cant get ahold of the guy, doesnt know where he is, hes not answering his phone, etc. At this point we want our money back, so she says to my husband to pick a fridge out to use temporarily until they find the one we paid for. Um, no thank you--so I can waste 2 more days for them to show up and swap fridges? I dont have time for this. While Linda was initially pleasant to deal with, I still have no refrigerator and have wasted 2 days on them after paying cash upfront. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I cant stress my frustration enough over this situation. Rate negative stars if I could.

Charged upfront service fee (understandable). Told us they couldnt get the part from GE (again understandable). I googled the part number and ordered online my self (they could have done this). After it came in and they came back out to install they stated he need instructions on how to do the firmware update and left. I again googled the part number and instructions which I emailed to them (they could have done this). Called back later in the day to state they would not fix our fridge. Very disappointing!

Linda at appliance mart is awesome I bought washer and dryer from her and was pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. Linda was a great customer service oriented person HIGHLY RECOMMEND THX Lynda

Linda is great bought a washer and dryer about three years ago paid 500 for pair and they still work great!!! Going for a new frig soon!!!
