Absolutely a great team of workers in this store in Macedonia. I ran in there at 9:56 frantic because my water line had broken and I needed a BIG mop. The employees there were closing out the store and didnt even hesitate to stop..help me..and never made me feel as though it was any bother even though it was closing! Very rare to find people who are in a customer based business willing to help and not have an attitude about it being near the closing time! THANK YOU ALL for the help you gave a "frantic" crazy looking women who needed a mop!

Needed a bunch of lumber, told an associate in the aisle what we needed. He told us to take the paper to the front and pay for it and hed meet us up there. Cashier was friendly. He grabbed the forklift, got a bundle off the shelf and to our car in under 10 mins. Another associate came out and helped us load 40 heavy pieces into our car. A+ service for this Sunday afternoon trip. Another note, they actually answered my phone call and gave me a price whereas Lowes failed to do so after 4 calls. Thanks guys at Home Depot!

I was home due to injury and needed to do some diy projects. I needed pvc pipes cut to certain lengths, the guys at that section were so helpful and remembered me each time I came back. They were always eager to help and ask how my project is going. I cant tell you how nice it feels to have staff willing and eager to assist even though I came back 7 times. And each time am at the store in Macedonia, the staff always ask if I needed help. Thank you Deborah

I have bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff from this Home Depot over the years and Ive never had a problem. I tried to return a weed wacker today that Ive used 3 times, they gave me all kinds of Hell about it and wasted my entire lunch break just trying to exchange it for one of the same price. The people at the return desk or slow, rude, and did not care about my situation. I will be taking all my business across the street to Lowes from now on.

Terrible service. Unless you are contractor, nobody stops and asks you if you need help. This is a-typical of this branch. At 3PM there is hardly anyone in the store, employees walk right by you pushing a cart or just looking busy. Wont even say hi or ask if you need help. I had to have two people paged to get help. ( Lowes down the street is quite the opposite). Since this is closer to my home, I get lazy and get stuck with these people.

Double KUDOS today.... Marvelous "Marv" .... This young man is always polite and kind to me. He goes over and beyond what I expect of any employee. Next comes Kathleen, another employee whom I seek out. When you have employees who are this dedicated to a job deserve more than a pat on the back. Jason, These two alone give Customer Satisfaction a whole new meaning.

Employees were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I needed help and information in three areas. Thank you for the valuable help. I spent a couple hundred dollars: * strictly because of the help. I used the internet for prior information and finding the products I wanted. Between internet, store and employees I had a great experience today.

Had a terrible time trying to return a gas can that I had purchased which did not work properly. Worker tried to say that they would not return it because it had hazardous material in it. Their return policy states that they do indeed return gas cans that have been drained which this one was. Associates need to be trained better at this store.

Love it! The best service I ever received! I went to Lowes before I got to Home Depot; the Lowes did not have enough sales associates I waited for help for over 20 minutes and gave up. I complained at the customer service - still no help was provided. I went Home Depot and within 2 minutes I was helped! Great job! Specifically guys in lumber!

A giant version of the neighborhood hardware store. Staff know where to find things and are helpful. We also bought some big ticket items from them including a complete screen door kit with installation. The door has lasted through thick and thin over the years.

Buying brick and mortar; no one asked us if we needed loading or unloading of the bricks, 2 employees talking (by cement & mortar) We excused ourselves to get to the mortar and struggled putting 120 lbs. into the cart. Im 57 and it took a toll on my back

Excellent selection, prices compare well comma and very helpful customer service. Just dont go for the "free home water test" from the company they partnered with. That is nothing short of a scam.

Most of the people are happy to assist you. Well lighted, displays are organized. Wish more checkouts were open. It seems like they want you to self/check like most box stores for smaller items.
