I cant tell if this is an elaborate joke of some kind or if I just cant escape the nightmarish barrage of issues when you do business with this company. Firstly, back on August 9th, I spent over 2k here in one day and they were rude from the beginning. Then their delivery sub-contractor cant give an accurate time frame nor can they deliver/install the merchandise without damages to your purchase or your domicile. I waded patiently through exchange after exchange, returning refrigerators four times. Each time having to drive 35 minutes (one way) to their store and search the "left overs" for something to replace the damaged or non functional one previous. After over a month of this process and losing 400+ dollars in groceries I demanded something be done. The agreement was theyd return the charges on the delivery, dryer vent hose, and refund me the damages on the last refrigerator. More specifically they bent one of the handles and I had to order a replacement, totalling $208.10. It is middle of November and theyve now contested my claim through my bank. Stating that I never contacted them and never informed them of the damages or other issues. The manager Kris is so rude and so abrasive that even her staff was talking about her behind her back to me, while I was going through different steps in this exchange. Please avoid this nonsense, its not worth the time youll spend trying to get what you paid for.

We had come in originally and bought a fridge got it home to find out that it did not cool. We had contacted the manager at the time and was told I could bring it back or contact customer service and have a technician fix it. Well we opted for the tech and warranty and went through 4 weeks of pure headache. Once the tech had deemed it not repairable on the final visit he told the warranty people to replace it. We were then told that the warranty would not cover the replacement of the fridge. So we then contacted sears back and advised that the warranty would not replace the fridge. We talked to the management we were told to bring the fridge back and they would make things right. We came in late one evening and brought the fridge back we were told to pick out a fridge. One was picked out and Krist the new manager said we could hook it up and let it run over night to make sure it worked before we took it home. We came back the next day and not only picked up the fridge but also took home a deep freeze and patio furniture. It has to be one of the best make it right experiences we have ever had from any company. Thank you Krist and all the employees at sear outlet on San Jose Bldv . You will be our go to place whenever we need appliances.

I called Sears to buy a washer I saw online they told me yes we have one left, when I got there I was told we dont have that washer for that price I said we just seen the washer online now you want $115.00 more the guy said we have never sold this model for that price, so I called my husband to look online it was still there he text me a picture of the ad the guy had the nerve to tell me that model is sold out ( it was the same model number ) can you say switch and bait well this Girl did not bite to sears slimy practices so I went to Home depot and they did not even charge me to deliver and hook it up Thank you home depot hope sears closes the rest of the stores as they go down in flames. PS I did not want to give sears one star but you had to post

Absolutely Amazing Store - The sales staff is so friendly, helpful and they really know their products. I have been shopping here since I moved to Jacksonville last year and have told everyone I come in contact about what a great shopping experience with the best priced items around. The store is so clean, well merchandised and always full of product to choose from. There has not been a single time I have come in that I do not see the Store Manager Krist on the sales floor, engaging with all customers making them feel like they are family. I think that is the key to it, she leads her team by example and I know that is why I keep coming back.

We got $2400 worth of front loading washer and dryer for less than $1000 delivered! You have to be patient and take your time to look through the merchandise because there are many so-so deals and a few great deals interspersed there. I found the staff very helpful and the process was shorter and less painful than I expected it to be. I did my brand and model homework prior to going there so I wouldnt be sucked into a product with a history of problems. I will go back here when we need a new appliance.

Just bought a Maytag front load washer with Fresh hold feature. Looking forward to getting it. Melissa the sales associate was awesome in helping me decide on which model to purchase. The store manner was very helpful and proficient in my order details, since PayPal had the incorrect priority phone number. He quickly changed it and got everything on track. Im very happy. Will definitely but from here again. Nice store with lots of nice appliances at super great prices.

I went there in the eve and a guy was great help. One problem I have is theres never enough floor associates to help. They also failed to tell me about rewards program so I never got points for spending $2k. The prices are great, but you may need to keep coming back because they get new inventory every week. Youre better if you know someone with a truck that use their delivery people. They were no-show for my delivery date.

We were in the store for over 20 minutes and no one spoke to us or offered any assistance. We were going to spend at least $600 on a mattress, but again nobody spoke to us. The one associate on the floor was helping someone at the registers and then a manager walked up, tells him what she would like for him to buy her at Wendys, looks over at us and then walks away. Very disappointed in the customer service at this store.

In all my years of appliance shopping, I have to tell you that this was by far the most pleasurable experience! A gentleman (and I do mean gentleman) named Larry was so patient with us and helped us with our refrigerator purchase. We were so impressed that we placed another order for a mattress and box spring just now with Larry! We will definitely buy from this sears outlet again!!

I could overlook poor customer service if the deals were great but I was very disappointed and not impressed. The two ladies working the service desk were very unprofessional and did not seem to know how to do their jobs. It was almost comical. I work in retail and I would lose my job if I behaved that way.

Nice selection of appliances. The manager is professional. We purchased a refrigerator at a good price, but changed our mind because we decided to go for one larger. Sears didnt have the model we wanted, so we requested a refund prior to delivery. Quick and easy. Ill shop there again, for sure.
