I called this store, today 7/22/2012 around 12:45am to ask if I can pick up my appliances the same day of purchase if they are in stock, the employer said no, youll have to wait for 24hours even if they are in stock, I asked him why, he said this is the stores policy, then when I asked him if the manager can do anything for the customer in this case, he said no, I am the manager here, so I asked if I can have his name, he said no and hung up on me. I called again and told him he cant do that to a customer, he laughed and whispered "gooood luck customer!" and when I called again and again he picked up and did the same thing: whispered "gooood luck customer!". This made me so sad and so disappointed. I called the customer service to see what they can do, they gave me the name of the stores manager (Michael). I called the store again, and this time I spoke to Michael the manager, and instead of apologizing and telling me what actions will be given to ensure that this unacceptable behavior never happens again with other customers, the manager kept ignoring the facts and focusing only on discussing the details of the purchase that I will make ($$$!). I finally decided to let them keep the appliances for themselves and go purchase what I need elsewhere. Thanks!

Buying a product from them was smooth. They had a great price and good information. Once my credit card was swiped it has all gone down hill in a ball of flames... The sales lady told us the delivery driver carried extra cords incase we purchased the wrong one(so we didnt verify and will admit this is our bad)... Well not that the items have been delivered, and the drivers dont carry the cords we do not have a hooked up dryer. Monday morning after about 7 calls to the store i finally talk to someone who says they will schedule to come and i would get a call... nope no call..... monday afternoon call to follow up, after about 5 phone calls someone answers and i get the same response. Customer service cant help because we purchased at the store level, and i have called about 10 times today with no answer.. they have no answering service the phone just rings and rings. I dont recommend buying here, if i need to buy from sears outlet i will buy online so i can actually get customer service

The store associate was a Caucasian female and she walked us through from the purchasing to the delivery, had us speak with another associate older male Caucasian, who was very knowledgeable about the warranties we bought for our 4 purchases. Our furniture was supposed to be delivered around the 12th of December, furniture did not show, called store and they forgot to put on delivery schedule. It was finally delivered around the 20 th of December. Because we just moved in we having did any unpacking until today, to find out that we are missing 2 legs from our sectional. I am the type of person that when I am ready to set things up, and a monkey wrench is thrown in, it makes very upset. Will be calling the outlet store tomorrow morning to see when the two legs will be delivered or do I have to pick them up. Small things like this, stops me from spending my money in stores like this.

Purchased a gas stove and after it was installed found out from the gas company that it was a defective unit and they issued a red tag not to use product When Ray the manager was notified he did not care at all instead said that they are not part of Sears and he refused to replace the unit and even provide to deliver a new purchased unit for free considering the damage the gas leak would have caused The manager is very rude and refuses to come and listen to the problems rather stay in his office and says he is not responsible for selling the unit but its a defective unit and since they are not part of Sears he cannot do anything WHT THEN SELL THESE PRODUCTS ON SEARS WEBSITE

Went into the store over the weekend. The staff was really helpful and kind. The selection was nice and they had a lot of good deals ! The one thing I will say is that they seemed to be understaffed (which seems common everywhere I go), but they were still able to answer my questions and help me out ! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal on appliances !

I had an issue with my refrigerator that I purchased at the outlet store. Riley, the store manager was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgable and understanding to my problem. The other sales associates were helpful in steering me away from potential problem appliances and explaining why some were better than others. I couldnt be happier with my purchase. Thanks Riley!

I can tell you that we are nearly a month from when we bought the refrigerator , sale gentleman was very helpful. Everything after that has been a nightmare with delivery on schedule for the 4th time the responsiveness and the utter uselessness. Of the staff through this process has been beyond madness. Maybe I will start charging weekly rent on my fridge. At wits end!
