Nice store!! Today was a little different. I asked a lady for help with screws to see if they had more in a certain size. I was told "whats there is there, look around in the draw to find the size". She said this as she sat behind a desk where they sell the doors. She didnt bother to help me at all. Im almost 7 months pregnant and got on the floor to look for the size in the hardware section. When I got up to the registers to check out i did ask the girl who was there the same question. Unfortunately, the same lady who I asked the first time came around the corner when the young girl asked her... the lady who doesnt like her job looked at me and said you already asked this. I kept my mouth shut because I was raised to treat older people with respect. I do want to stress that I would not have asked someone else if I felt that you wanted to at least help and make some sort of effort instead of sitting on your behind talking. I had another lady who helped me last week who was very nice. Im only giving 4 stars because certain employees should not be working at this store. If you dont like your job please quit. Give someone else the opportunity to have your job. I will still continue to shop here when I need to but I will be more careful who I ask for help.

So, im At the check out Line, and when my time comes, i ask the cashier -Do you have a military discount?- and I show her my veteran ID, and she denies the discount cuz my benefits date on the ID is expired( just so you know, the date that shows expired is the benefit of been able to buy at the military stores with no taxes on the products) and she hands the ID back to me saying " it is expired sir."... And I look at her and very calming but irritating way I ask... " Do, you, think, that me, been a veteran, has, an, expiration, date?...... This is where LOWES beat you people. Im taking my business there.... This rather a stupid policy of home depot or this cashier is mentally retarded.

Always enjoyed the store organization, cleanliness and people are great. However, the overall knowledge of the floor staff regarding the product functionality and even product locations within the store have been sorely lacking. Ive had people in plumbing tell me that its in hardware then go to hardware and they say its in plumbing or landscaping... While they are friendly folks, they dont seem to have the basic knowledge that a you would expect from a hardware store employee. Also, dont try to call the store. You will get passed around, rushed off the phone and sadly youll be accidentally disconnected.

I worked for Home Depot for years. The lady that called us about our order not being there lied. And had didnt offer a solution to fix the problem. They didnt pull it fast enough or they just sold it to someone onsite after we paid for it. I also spend tons of money there since in purchase fixer uppers. You just lost more than thats employees salary in sales a year for a lie and that she offered no solution. Doesnt matter which Depot but Ill be spending money at Lowes now. Another loyal customer gone too soon.

A girl at the poinciana store was supposed to come back and assist me with purchasing new cabinets for my intire kitchen. I waited 45 min. & gave up. As I approached the front of the store,she was behind the counter yacking at another employes. Got home,called store mgr and told her they just lost a 4,ooo.oo or more sale and Im going to Lowes. Funny thing is the store wasnt busy. Everyone was standing around doing nothing. My whole kitchen needs replacing and they just lost a lot of $ due to there lazyness

Horrible Service go to Lowes if you can!!!!!! I tried looking for someone to help me, after seeing no one in sight I went to the checkout. She called someone to help me in the section that I was in and no one ever came. After someone finally came into the section (not to help me) she didnt even try to help me find what I needed but cut me off and asked another person if they needed help.

Only 2 human operated checkout lanes plus 1 by the contractor exit. Way too many employees pushing customers to use the self checkout lanes just so they can stand around and chitchat. If Im going to pay the same price for an item whether I check it out or they do, Ill let the person whose job it is do it and save myself the hassle. If that means shopping elsewhere then so be it.

EVERY single time I come to this Home Depot there is some sort of issue. Staff is rude and unhelpful and give you attitude when you request help. I would rather drive a little longer to get better service at another Home Depot. Avoid this one at all costs!

Everyone was very helpful and I was in and out. They even have a parking spot for veterans. I am not one but my dad is as well as my sons father. It is awesome.
