the worst experience of my life. bought a digital washer that worked 1 out of 10 times. it had a bad motherboard. told to pick out any other replacement. stood up twice on delivery. the replacement i picked is even worse. i was told it was excellent. they charged me $75 more for a big pile of crap. when they delivered it it was cold. they said to let it warm up before i used it. 30 minutes later i run it and it sounds like a jet taking off. i call for a refund or repair and they Mike (the owner) said he told me it was loud, which he did not. had another repair company come out and tell me it was bad bearings and that it was $400 to fix on a washer i paid $275 for. the repair man said it should never have been sold like that and that it if not repaired the belts would start to burn up and it would leak water all over the floor and then stop working. ive had it for three weeks now, purchased the bearings and seal, and have not had a chance to get it repaired. ran a load of clothes and the whole floor of the basement is one big puddle. DO NOT BUY from this idiot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

We bought a washer and drier from this company, and they provided a 30 day warranty on both. It sounded a little short, but for used appliances, it was better than nothing. About 2 weeks after we bought them, the drier started shutting down after running for a short period of time - this was accompanied by a burning smell. I left 3 messages spaced 2 days apart, since they never answered their phone, and I never got a reply. Finally, my girlfriend called THE DAY AFTER the warranty expired, left a message, and they called back in 10 minutes telling her that the warranty was up, but that they would be happy to fix it for a fee. When asked why they never returned my calls, they said that "we dont actually get your message - it just gives the number that called." Riiiiight. Why did you ask for her by name, then? You actually looked up the sales receipt based on the number? Ended up throwing out the drier and buying a new one. If thats the kind of professionalism you get with their warranty, Im not willing to chance their repair quality. Felt pretty conned.

My experience was excellent! I bought a washer and dryer which work well. They were knowledgeable and professional. They delivered the appliances as promised and set them up. I called with a question and got a call back within two hours. The explanation was knowledgeable and clear. They back up their products with a 30-day warranty and reasonable rates when a repair is needed after that. Id gladly do business with the people in this company again.

Does this place compare to the appliance section at Best Buy? No. But theyre not meant to. I bought a dryer from them after mine went out, for about $150 bucks. They delivered it, and it broke down after 1 load. I called them and they brought a nicer replacement out. Sure it was inconvenient for me for a day, but for the price, you cant beat it. They had a 30 day warranty, so they took care of me. Would buy from again.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I bought from here. They were hours late on both the delivery and service call. The refrigerator ended up having a bad motor. The guy I had look at it said he can tell they rigged it knowing it wouldn’t last longer than 6 months tops. Didn’t even last 3. Do not buy from here.

These people sell used appliances that arent working right. NEVER buy from these people! I think they are the worst ever! Do not stop, DRIVE PAST!! Try Abbey Anns. Youll do better if they have appliances. Just got a washer and had to get a part installed on it.
