Let me start by saying Im not the easiest person to please. I was having some renovations done and decided it was time to replace the 22-yr-old built-in GE Profile microwave/wall oven combo and island cooktop. Ive lived in Europe quite a bit, and many of my flats had Bosch appliances -- I always thought they worked beautifully and you cant beat the aesthetic. However, I was worried that the version wed get here in the U.S. might be different, but I have been very happy with my Bosch dishwasher, so I decided to give it a try. My contractor recommended I visit Aggressive to see the showroom -- this way I could not only see what I was getting, but also "test drive" the various items and compare other higher-end brands. What a great place -- I loved the showroom, and got to see "my" new kitchen on display. All the Bosch appliances were set up in one area, so I could see how they looked together -- including the built-ins. I ended up with a new microwave, oven, and warming drawer built into the wall, and a larger cooktop and downdraft in the island. My old built-ins were smaller than those made today, so my contractor had some concerns about the size of the replacements. I explained the situation to Eric at Aggressive, and he went to work researching the 1994 specs for the GE Profile, as well as pulling the ones for the new Bosch items. He helped identify some of the electrical things that needed to be checked/upgraded to accommodate the new appliances. He also helped figure out what to do with the exhaust system -- I didnt want another downdraft in the middle of my cooking surface, and my 12 ft ceilings dont allow any other reasonable option. (We ended up choosing a very nice "pop-up" downdraft system.) Cant say enough good things about Eric -- very professional, obviously knows his stuff and went the extra mile through the whole experience. He also worked to get everything in place so that 1) I could get the purchase done while a Bosch rebate program was still running, and 2) so Id have everything done before I had a houseful of guests. (From order date to install was only about 16 days -- would have been even shorter, but there was a manufacturer delay with the warming drawer from Bosch.) On top of this, prices were comparable -- or even better -- than the big box stores. I will be recommending Aggressive to any friends or colleagues looking for new appliances. Well done, guys!!

Very disappointed in my experience with Aggressive. They have a great showroom and reasonable prices, that’s the good. Communication and customer service is terrible. We ordered appliances for a remodel over a month before we needed them to make sure we would have them on schedule. The communication was bad from the beginning, no returned emails, days to return phone calls, sent us the wrong invoice etc. We were assured everything would be ready by the date we needed it. Anyway, 2 days before scheduled delivery I decide to check in. The stove is not in, there is a problem, not sure when its coming. When did they plan to spring this on me? I have a contractor scheduled for the install of everything else, I have already paid for it, so they delivered what they had. Aggressive says they can do the install on the stove when it comes, but it will cost. OK, so where’s the stove? I get an email a few days later, your stove will be here this week. I email back, when is the install so I can take off work? No response. I call Wednesday. No response. Now it’s the weekend. Very frustrated. I purchased 3 Bosch pieces and there is a rebate if you buy three, so I am stuck dealing with this. Otherwise I would tell them to cancel it, give me a refund and deal with someone who wants the business. Updated 8-15-16. The owner did contact me as soon as he saw this post, was very concerned, and did a great job following up and trying to make it right. The new appliances were installed shortly thereafter and I was not charged for the install. Jeff made no excuses, and handled it like a professional. Thanks Jeff!

We bought all our new kitchen appliances here and are very pleased! Salesman, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. I have to say something about the installers of our new WOLF Island Hood. This hood is quite an impressive piece, yet when the installers came out to hang, it was going to hang too low for our 8 ft ceilings, about 27 inches from our cook top (way too low)! We were in panic mode, but these too wonderful installers, Dennis and Keith, who remained calm and with the happiest dispositions, got creative in my attic space, by building a platform (or something) and was able to get this thing recessed in the attic so it would hang at a perfect 32 inches from my new induction WOLF cook top! We literally were amazed and thrilled with the results. Also they worked together with a roofer from Collis roofing to get our remote blower installed on our roof, which I thought would be hard to get a roofer out to do such a small job. But Aggressive Appliances has such a good working relationship with other related businesses, like roofers, that they can pull the strings to get these guys out to your house.

I called these guys to have someone come out and check my dishwasher since it stopped working after Hurricane Irma. The dashboard was working fine it just would start the cycle. They said it would cost $80 to have someone come out to check it which was fine. I let the person on the phone know that it was most likely a fuse, but I didnt want to try changing it myself. The technician came out to check my dish washer and fiddled with it for a few minutes and automatically suggested the highest priced option which was to replace the whole mother board which he had to order and come back out to set up. The total price would have cost $400 (price of a brand new dishwasher) I had a gut feeling that this guys assessment was wrong. After the technician left I simply watched a youtube video on how to replace a fuse and low and behold my dishwasher works now for $6.99. This guys are not trustworthy at all. I will never recommend these guys to anyone. I wish i would have never contacted this company.

We recommend Aggressive Appliances without reservation. We moved into our custom home in October 2013 and bought all of our appliances from Aggressive. We worked with Eric Anderson, the sales manager, who cheerfully guided us through the maze of appliance selections. Eric has an encyclopedic knowledge of appliances and helpfully pointed out pros and cons of each option. The Aggressive showroom has a large selection with individual kitchen showrooms that show how the appliances look together and working kitchens where they give demonstrations. We had many follow-up questions which Eric always promptly answered. We had a problem with leveling of the stove because of the Saltillo tile in our house which required a visit from the service people who were friendly, courteous and competent. Aggressive even sent someone to our house after we moved in to give us instructions on using each of the appliances. We will not consider going anywhere else for appliances in the future.
