Very nice people, long time staff. If they dont have your part in stock its usually there the next day. Service call is better priced than most others, & the repair guys are super nice & friendly. Have never gotten a bad vibe from the service experiences Ive had. The scratch & sent building in the back has some great deals!

Just called them and asked if they had a HVR1×3 diode for a GE microwave and he said he could order one for $70.00! Hahaaahaa look those up online and youll see they are selling between 5 bucks and maybe 13! Stay far away from this place.

I had Eastside fix my dishwasher a couple months ago. Fair price and the tech was very good. I wanted to get my 2 cents in because I think their overall rating doesnt reflect my experience.
