I purchased a GE top loading Washing matching from an elderly woman with my husband a few months ago. The sale went fine and they installed after collecting a $30 delivery fee (I live less than a mile from store). Last week my husband and I noticed the machine wasnt draining nor spinning. It just says "Lid Open" even though its closed. I reported the issue on 9/13/1017 and was told by an Un identified male that he would send someone to look at it. Two white males arrived at my home the next day, and looked at the machine for about an hour and said "boss is gonna have this picked up to bring to the shop, hell call you tomorrow to pick it up". The next day at 3pm while Im working I received a call from the owner Tyrone who says he has a guy on his way now to pick up the machine. I let him know Im not home and am working. He immediately grew frustrated and let me hear his grumbling. I said to him my office staff can open the apartment and he says ok, and hangs up. Since the Machine was picked up on Monday 9/18 Ive not been called for any updates. I call, and they dont answer or when they do I get Tyrone who actually hung up on me today saying, "Didnt I tell you we just got our power back on! Theyre other people ahead of you!" And he hung up! Ive never felt so disrespected by a supposedly professional business. Tyrone, I pray that you reap what youre sowing because the way you have treated me and talked to me is shameful!

Called this place and spoke to Sonia. She is a VERY rude girl. She said she would have a person out in the morning but never called to let me know no one was coming out. When I called the next day she acted like I was bothering her and said she would call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later she still hadnt called so I called back and she was irate like I was bothering her. She said to be patient because they had an employee call off the day before and she needed to make her schedule for the next day. So I waited 5 more hours hoping she would have been finished with her scheduling. Of course I received a rude response again and was hung up on. This is one unprofessional place to deal with. Thanks for nothing Quality Appliances and Sonia!!!

Places like this are what give appliance repair companies a nd name, told one thing on the phone and another when they have your appliance apart. When u madethe appointment I was told the $59.99 diagnostic fed would be waived if I had the work done. Then the repairman said no its included in the price meanning added to parts and labor. I had him call his boss who said the same. RIPOFF!! On top of that he wanted to charge $255 for a simple counterweight install. That was after he quoted me far more to replace other parts and I said I wouldnt do the work. Please dont make the same mistake and stay away from Quality Appliance in Orlando FL.

I recently purchased a dryer from the store and had it delivered. Within hours of delivery the dryer stopped working. I called the store or the next day to ask the procedure. I was told that they would send one over and that it was the fuse. When asked if it was not the fuse, the worker stated that she was sure that it was and failed to answer my question. As a new customer, I felt as if I was not being helped. When is it okay to not try and make sure that a customer is happy and satisfied. I was disappointed to say the least and would never recommend buying an appliance from them.

I recently purchased a refrigerator from this place. After reading some of the reviews, I must admit I was a bit skeptical. I found a decently priced unit but out of an abundance of caution, I shopped a few other used places that afternoon. Nothing came close to the quality of the fridge I selected in price or quality. I found Sonia to be very direct, not the friendliest but not rude by any measure. My experience here was good. Delivery people were on time and very nice and helpful too.

I had a great experience with this company. Sonia (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) went above and beyond to try to help me. Since Im not very mechanically inclined she sent someone out to fix the problem with my washer. He was efficient, knew the problem within a minute and down to earth type of person. I highly recommend this company.

Service call charge seems expensive. $175 bill to remove lint from a vent of which only $25 was the cost of the few minutes work involved. A job I could have easily done myself in seconds if I was there at the time, alas my tenants did not investigate.
