I love my new range and microwave. Myers made the experience simple and easy. I purchases a Gas Range and Microwave from Myers Appliance in November 2015. The area for the new range needed resized and the gas line needed to be moved. Myers referred to a private construction person to do the work (Pinnacle Insatallation). The construction person came to my home 2 hours after my initial phone call to him, evaluated my situation, gave me a quote, and said he could do the work but was backed up a few weeks. I was in no hurry - so I called a few weeks later and made arrangements for him to come and do the work. He came at the prearranged time - was very professional and the work was reasonably priced. I called Myers to let them know when my work was to be completed and they installed my new range the next day. Everything was easy and seamless for me. I have purchased appliances from Myers in the past and I am so glad they were able to help me again.

14 October 2016 We had an issue with a newly purchased GE dryer from Meyers. After two faulty attempts by GE to repair the dryer, the situation was becoming frustrating. In quick order, Josh stepped up to the plate and replaced the dryer. He called me on a Monday and a new dryer was delivered and installed by that Thursday. The two young men from Meyers delivery, were superb. They installed the dryer quickly and even dusted around the dryer before the new one was set in place. We have been long term customers of Meyers and the reason is Josh and team know that every great business is built on friendship. Josh is more interested in making a customer, and not a sale. That is why we are loyal customers. As a business owner for 30 years, I don’t expect a business to be perfect. As Meyers did, I do expect them to fix things when they go wrong. I dont grade people on what they...I grade them on what they do. A+ for the Meyers team. Nick and Diane P

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. I had a problem with my dishwasher, They showed up late and was very rude. He pulled my dishwasher out from under the counter and began to "FAKE" doing something. He told me that I needed a new control board and charged me 125 for the service trip. I then received a phone call from him stating that the entire country was out of that part and due to it being out of stock it was going to be at least 2-3 week delivery and the price is going up. I told them to just cancel the order and he cursed at me over the phone stating that he was going to charge me a restocking fee even though the part wasnt going to be shipped from the warehouse for 2-3 weeks. I called the warehouse in NC myself and the part was in my hands the next day and at a lower price then I was quoted. The funny thing about this is that the part that they wanted to replace wasnt even the problem.

Bought all new kitchen appliances (Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator, Freezer), diswasher, cooktop and double oven. We were putting in a whole new kitchen. After nearly completed, we were ready for the trimwork. We opened the box for the trimwork on the refrigerator/freezer. The instructions said to lay the appliances on their back to install the trimwork. We decided not to use the trimwork. We called Myers to see if we could return it. They told us to bring it back and they would give us a refund. We drove an hour (from Wooster to Ravenna) to return it and they charged us 50% restocking fee. They never mentioned a restocking fee when we called them. Needless to say, we were very unhappy. After spending thousands of dollars for new appliances, they charge 50% restocking fee!!!! Beware.

Very rude, almost as if they are doing YOU a favor shopping at their store. People complain about big-box retailers "driving the little guy out of business" but based on my experience and the other reviews that Ive read, what drives them out of business is horrendous customer service. If these companies were really struggling they would bend over backwards to get your business and obtain referrals not treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them. I strongly suggest going to Home Depot or Lowes if youre looking for an appliance, you may have to wait a little bit (that should tell you something), youll likely save money, and you know the company is going to be in business to honor the warranties that come with your new appliance. Stay away from this company.

I will not be calling them again. They charged me $150 just to come out and tell me what was wrong with my oven. They charge a $99 service fee just to come out, which they somehow forget to mention until they were at my house & done looking at my oven. They werent even here for an hour. Not to mention the service guy was unprepared and needed my assistance handling the oven. Never again will I let this company attempt to service anything for me. They are opportunists and are more worried about helping themselves than helping someone in need.

Have used Myers over the years for purchase and repair of appliances when we lived in Stow. Washer, dryer, microwave, range and have been pleased. This time the repair man, Jamal, was exceptional in terms of his courtesy, ability to explain the repair, answer questions and complete repair in timely manner. Good hire on your part. Only complaints: high cost of parts and initial charge of $99. Relatively simple repair (replace pump) was $300+. So hope it lasts. Still better than buying a new washer. Atta-boys to Jamal.

Skip it, salesman more interested in talking about his mismatched appliances in his kitchen and why he doesnt sell appliance packages, to actually help us. We left and went to another store to find someone who knew something about their product. Also unprofessional, salesman dressed like bum, couldnt pick him out from the shoppers. The delivery guys were the only ones who seemed to know anything. Awful.

I bought a Speed Queen from Myers a few months ago, because I like supporting local business. They really took their time to go through each machine with me and gave me a lot of information before I made my purchase. The guys who delivered the machine were very nice during set up, and I did have one service call and he was very polite over the phone and in person. Give them a chance!

We have been long-time customers of Myers Appliance. In fact, our 28 year-old Maytag dryer recently needed repairing. Everything was handled expertly, and Jahmal went above and beyond to handle our problem. And yes, we did repair the old Maytag. We are confident that we are getting quality merchandise and service when we shop at Myers Appliance.

The delivery men were very pleasant, efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. And I love the GE range. My only suggestion would be for the gentleman who took my order over the phone to work on his customer service skills. If it wasnt for the fact that Myers delivers AND hooks up the gas, I might have bought somewhere else.
