The flowers did NOT look as pictured at all! The arrangement my mom received looked cheap and hurriedly thrown together, was filled with carnations when there should have been very few, had no chrysanthemums, and had the wrong colors. The arrangement I picked (which was the same one advertised on their website) had bright yellow, pink, white and orange flowers in it. The one my mom ended up with was dark purple and dark pink with very little white, and that was it. Also, the teddy bear that was hugging the vase was supposed to be a smooth, soft looking bear. The one on my moms arrangement looked ratty, cheap and tattered. Yesterday, I called and spoke with someone at the store, who assured me that I would hear back from the manager within 15 minutes or so. Five hours later, I decided to call back again, and spoke with the manager Sherry. She told me that she would remake the arrangement, and would send someone by my moms house the next morning to drop it off and pick up the first arrangement (thought that was somewhat odd). I spoke with my mom this morning, and she said the new flowers she received are MUCH better than the first, and they even gave her a bigger teddy bear. While I am pleased that they were willing to fix their mistake, I still feel as though this should not have happened in the first place.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! I love the fact that every place I called said it was impossible to find someone to deliver same day after 3pm. I called at 3:15 and this company assured me the flowers would be delivered to my mom before she leaves work to head home at 5. I am extremely happy that I found this company, and considering I live in Oklahoma, I will absolutely save their number and use their services again. Highly highly highly recommended! Big thanks to Chris for being awesome and making mine and my moms day a lot brighter. ☺️☺️☺️

I loved the service that was provided and the beautifully basket arrangement that they made for my boss birthday. I told the owner to do a basket filled with my bosss favorite snacks and to put some flowers in there. She was very helpful, cause she asked me what kind of person is my boss and she was able to pick the flowers that she actually liked. My boss was very, very pleased, so to me that was good to know. I like their creativeness and their suggestions, so I would definitely use them again. Thank you Country Florist.

Unethical and unprofessional. I received flowers from my sister on my birthday, unfortunately I was not home, but instead of them coming back to deliver, they knocked in a neighbor thats a few houses from mine and asked if they could drop MY flowers with them. Neighbors that I dont even know, who does that!!!!!!They just left a note of where I could pick up, which was the neighbors address. I have NEVER heard of such thing. What was the point of hiring them in the first place if they didnt deliver. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

I can not say enough about the flowers and service my family received from Country Florist and their entire staff for my grandmothers funeral. From the friendly and compassionate sales staff, to the amazing arrangements the designer created, and also the care taken by the delivery driver. This shop went above and beyond, I will continue to use them anytime I am in need for flowers or gifts, and I always recommend them when someone I know needs a fantastic florist! Great job Country, keep doing what you guys do!!

Placed an order on Thursday for a birthday arrangement and requested delivery on Monday 9/7/09. I understand its a holiday, but there werent any indications when ordering that told me it was restricted. Needless to say and to my surprise, I find out that they delivered the arrangement today!! I could have ordered the same arrangement from other sources for half the cost, but I really wanted them to be delivered on her ACTUAL BIRTHDAY!! Will no longer order from this florist.

I have used Country Florist for a few years (by phone) for my meager needs and they have never disappointed me. A lot of people can probably say that about a lot of florists. What moves me to write a review is that for the first time I visited the store. O.M.G., you can browse this place for a long time and still find new treasures! Really cute stuffed animals, original gift ideas, lovely home decor. I will definitely make a return trip before Christmas!

Country Florist is by far my favorite go-to for flower arrangements. My company had a huge event planned and Amie was so accommodating to our timeline and budget. The centerpieces were absolutely beautiful and arrived right on time. They are extremely reasonable and personable so if you have an event coming up or even if you are wanting to send some flowers to a loved one or friend, I highly recommend them! Amazing!

Called at 3:30pm to get flowers sent to a person in the hospital - I was asked if I wanted them delivered today or tomorrow - I replied, I would love delivery today but I understand it is getting late so tomorrow would be fine - The flowers were delivered at 5:30pm same day and they were beautiful. I could not have been more satisfied.

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and specifically said, "dont send Daisies, I do NOT like them"....they sent an arrangement of nothing but daisies!! When I called and spoke to manager she said shed have to talk to owner...needless to say owner never called me to resolve the issue. NEVER AGAIN will I use this florist!

This place is awful! I called to complain about incorrect delivery and the called my mother to tell her that they were coming to pick up her flowers!!!!! I specifically asked for things that they just flat out didnt do and they were so rude to me on the phone about it and would not give me a refund. Terrible florist.

Sherrie was able to deliver a plant and beautiful arrangement last minute for a funeral service this week. I am also a florist and was ordering on behalf of a customer. My customer called me first thing the following morning to let me know how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you for making me look good!!

What a waste of money paid 250 dollars to have my wife receive a special order thats not on there website and its 2:30 in the afternoon and there still not there and the attitude of person ans the ph acts there doing me a favor by doing what there being paid for never again

I ordered flowers for a funeral. The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I recieved a phone call from the family stating how beautiful the flowers were. After seeing them myself I agree they were awesome. Will use this florist again and again.
