Would not EVER spend my money with this merchant. Had a disturbing incident with the owner of this flower shop recently. It is a regular occurrence for the shop owner to block the handicap access in front of the store by parking on the ramp. Having a weekly appointment on that block, I spent the last 4 months in a cast, on a knee roller with pins and screws in my foot following surgery for a serious break. I have had numerous occasions where the ramp was blocked and the sidewalk inaccessible. Now that I am mobile, I went to the door of the shop to bring the problem to her attention - fully expecting it was simply oversight or not intentional. Upon mentioning the issue, the owner got extremely ugly and confrontational, looked me up and down, challenged my need to even use the ramp (yes, the cast is off, but after 4 months, there is a lot of therapy needed before normal gait, step and stability are regained) She told me I wasn t disabled and didn t need the ramp - inferring I was simply lazy . Suffice to say; I recommend finding another location for your florist needs. Flowers are supposed to be fun and happy - this merchant is anything but.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered a week before dance to ensure we would be able to have mini pink roses for a wrist corsage and matching boutonnière and was ensure they could accommodate our request. Paid $50.88 for both and made appointment to pickup at noon on Saturday (website says theyre open until 1:00 on Saturday). Received a call from the shop at 11:30 on Saturday saying that they closed at noon and we would need to come pickup right away...and we didnt get the mini pink roses we ordered. We instead received yellowed wilted gross looking white orchids - not what we ordered or worth $50!!! Its unfortunate that their customer service is so poor...we wont be going back for future flower needs.

When my wife told me she was having a terrible day around noon, I decided to try to find a local florist who could deliver on short notice. I called Flowers on the Mound without expecting that they could do so. However, not only did they deliver on the same day, but they assured me that it would be within 2 - 3 hours! Not only that, but when I called and asked for purple tulips, they mentioned that they were out because of a shipment that didnt arrive on time. I decided to go with pink instead, an arrangement that looks nearly identical to the purple, but they gave me a discount because it wasnt what I originally asked for! Very quick, friendly service!

I was looking for some flowers for my wife to surprise her today and happened into this shop on my way home. I was worried because it didnt look like the kind of shop that sells individual flowers but actual arrangements and large orders. Rochelle, the owner, heard my cause and handed me a large number of roses and orchids and said they were on the house! The shop was cute and very well set up. I dont buy flowers very often but when I do I will Def think of Flowers On the Mound first!

Have received floral arrangements from Flowers on the Mound for many occasions since their opening almost 4 years ago. Have always had wonderful service and exceptional designs. Not the usual designs you find at the corner market or average florist. I highly recommend giving them a try the next time you are looking for service and a floral experience above your best expectations!

This is the ONLY place to get flowers! The owner, Shari, is a true floral artist with her gorgeous arrangements. You will always get more than you paid for here. Shari is a doll to work with, and is especially helpful when you arent sure what you want. Try Flowers On The Mound! You wont be sorry!

I tried to call multiple times for two days to place an order and the phone just rings until I get a message that says memory full. I guess they dont have enough staff. Needed something today so I have to go elsewhere. It is too bad as their ratings seem strong.

Great experience and incredibly beautiful work. I wanted a local shop to deliver quickly to the Flower Mound area and they were very helpful. They even worked with me on delivery times to make sure someone was home to receive the arrangement. Highly recommend!
