Flower Exchange did a wonderful job for my wedding. Charon and Pat were my favorite vendors. Out of everyone I worked with (venue, caterer, DJ, linens, cake, etc.) they were the most professional and organized. I was planning a Texas wedding from New York, so having someone I could trust was of utmost importance! In the end, the fact that I could not drop by the shop to discuss plans and look at options in person did not matter - they did an absolutely beautiful job. Charon especially understood what I wanted and was able to execute flawlessly. She helped me choose flowers and colors and send me photos of her ideas. She was very careful about following the regulations of our church, as well. Even when I was changing corsages and boutonnieres at the last moment, she didnt flinch! She actually showed up with extra flowers and whipped a few things up for me on the spot - just because she could. Everyone turned out exactly as we wanted it - bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, alter arrangements, centerpieces, etc. I happily recommend Flower Exchange.

Hunters Mom Posting Review: Visually spectacular arrangement - my husband brought me the most incredible flower arrangement from this local florist for our May 16 anniversary. My husband said it was just luck that took him to this place, it is not fancy. Dont let that stop you. My anniversary arrangement was a show piece. It was both modern and classic, with little color surprises and unique flower selections sprinkled throughout. We just returned from DisneyWorld where we admired the flower arrangements at the Grand Floridian. The arrangement done by Arlington Flower Exchange was just as good, if not better. We are fortunate to have someone with this creative talent in Arlington. (The arrangement also lasted a good 10 days. I am writing this review as I ponder when I will have to say goodbye to it.)

Flower Exchange ~ My aunt passed away and I live in Ohio and the funeral is in Texas. I learn this on short notice so I start calling to order flowers for the funeral. Everyone closed at noon so I call the funeral home and they give me the number for this place and tell me to hurry because they are closing at 3:00. Sharon answered the phone and she was so nice and had some great ideas. Let me add that she was there closing up and helped me anyway. She made me a beautiful arrangement and even sent me a picture so I could see what it looks like since I cant be there. I will definitely use Flower Exchange in the future. Thank you Sharon for being so sweet and supportive in my time of need. We need more people like Sharon in the world.

They are real professionals who will work closely with you to make you happy, and they are people to trust with important events, especially when you need good customer care, attention to detail, no hassle, and a quality product. They will always make it right no matter what.

I have worked at Arlington Flowers for the past 3 years, and I can honestly say that the shop is the most dedicated and professional business that I have ever worked at. They work non-stop to help customers and provide the best flowers and service possible. The designer’s make sure to make every arrangement beautiful, whether it is for $500 or for $30. I know that the owner personally answers calls after hours to ensure that the customers are as happy as possible. I know of no better florist, and I highly recommend using Arlington Flowers for any occasion requiring floral service.

This flower shop took beautiful care of my Grandmothers birthday by delivering her a "magnificent!" bouquet with lilies and hydrangeas, among other flowers-- and from my small budget. (Another florist, Beverlys, told me over the phone that for my budget she could do "daisies or carnations.") The owner, Patrick, is lovely, and even called to tell me that they had been delivered. I wished I could be there for her special day, but I feel better knowing she felt spoiled by something so beautiful. Cant recommend highly enough!

I could not make it to the funeral of my college roommate in Ft. Worth and needed the arrangements to reflect our old school colors. They worked with me on exactly what I wanted for grave side arrangements and flowers delivered to their home, even emailed me pictures of the flowers! The day of the funeral I received a call from Steves wife to say how special these were and do not how to thank Arlington Flower Exchange enough for letting me be there in spirit with my good friends family! Arlington Flower Exchange has the best customer service Ive encountered in a very long time. Patrick was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. I live in Pennsylvania and was having Christmas flowers delivered to my mom in Arlington. Patrick assured me hed take care of me and even went so far as to email a photo of the arrangement, which was beautiful. My mom loved it and was very happy, which makes me happy. I recommend this business whole-heartedly! Thank you Patrick!

The lovely ladies at Arlington Flower Exchange were extremely helpful when I was choosing a Valentines arrangement for my soon to be girlfriend. Since I lived in San Antonio at the time, I had to trust Sharon with choosing the perfect arrangement. 12 gorgeous hand-picked red roses, 1 beautifully hand-written custom card, and 1 year later, I now get to call that lovely lady my fiance. My sister ordered a bouquet from this florist after the delivery of my son. It was the most gorgeous bouquet I have ever seen. My visitors and nurse all commented on it. My nurse even mentioned that she sees a ton of bouquets as she works in postpartum and that this was next level. The gentleman who delivered it took my sisters order and took special interest in the details. Outstanding and so glad that I now have a local florist! You wont regret it.

The gentleman I spoke to was very rude, almost in an elitist sort of way. I asked him for quotes on floral arrangements and wholesale flowers and he told me that I was an amateur and it was best that he and his company not get involved with me. I very specifically asked him for the pricing on three separate flowers and he just snubbed me. I definitely wouldnt recommend The Flower Exchange, purely based on their poor attitude towards customers.

Customer service was perfect, I called to order an arrangment for a funeral (of my husbands friend) I didnt know the name of the deceist but she was able to find the info with a few clues I had, She offered a discount we were able to use and was super friendly and professional. It was quick and easy! Thanks Cher (at least that is what the gentleman called her who answered the phone.)

Couldnt be happier with the service. I ordered a bouquet online, not even 15 minutes later Patrick called to tell me they didnt have the color vase that I ordered. He worked with me to pick out another vase that really set the flowers off. They were absolutely gorgeous. Even prettier than I expected. Thanks Patrick!
