Im only giving 1 star because I have to to rate them! They were terrible! The flowers look nothing like the picture online, when I called about my concern they told me they photo shop the pictures online and they wont look the same. After she said that they hung up on me. Once I called back the lady who was very rude told me our conversation was over and she had nothing else to say. Terrible customer service not once did they apologize for issue! I will NEVER order flowers from here again. Ill pay the extra money somewhere else where they look like the picture and care about their customers!

Website is easy enough to use. Flowers arrived to my girlfriend within a few hours of me placing my order. Despite what someone else has said, I do not find the pricing to be anything out of the ordinary, based on my experiences, and the flowers are both beautiful and well-arranged. Can you buy stuff like this at Kroger? Kind of...(?) Will it be less expensive? Probably. Will the flowers be wilted and on the verge of death? Almost every time. Im also one that will choose to support local business(es) over "Big" stores every chance I get.

I have always used this shop to order flowers for my wife. The designers there are awesome. My wife always comes home with the most unique and creative flowers I have ever seen. The flowers are also of great quality as the flowers will last for weeks. If you want friendly and competent designers sending your loved one flowers this is the place to go!!

Originally placed an order with an online company for Mothers Day (hint, AVOID Avas Flowers) and they never delivered them. I called Keller Florist, explained the situation and placed an order to be delivered the next day. Mom called a couple hours later to say she had already received them and that they were beautiful. Thank you Keller Florist!!!!

I just received flowers for Valentines Day from this florist. Let me tell you ~ they are DEFINITELY not worth the $70.00 that my fiancee spent. They are embarrassing! They are 12 dozen red tulips in a little glass vase that look like they came from Kroger. Definitely do not recommend this florist. Will NEVER use them again.
