An error prevented Temptation from receiving the order I placed on their website. That really wasnt their fault. The problem was when I called about the missing delivery, rather than take the time to identify the problem, they made things up. First, it was so busy that they were behind, but they would deliver the next day. the next day arrives with no flowers, and todays excuse was that the driver couldnt find the delivery address but that it would be delivered tomorrow and they would call me to confirm. Day three came and no call and the excuse of the day was that it was a computer crash. Finally I look up my credit card purchase and find the 800 number for the service center. They saw the problem immediately and issued a refund. So, if you take the time on day 1 to find out that an order was never received instead of making up excuses, you have a mildly unhappy customer, not someone angry enough to post a one star review. You might also salvage the situation. Instead, you go the way of making things up, which results in reviews like this.

Website says they open at 9am. Came by at 10:30 but the doors are locked and nobody is here. Sign on the door says they open at 10. Wasted my gas!
