Im not one to go out of my way to complain about a business, but my experience with this company can not go unheard. We had ordered a floral arrangement for my fathers funeral, who is a Vietnam veteran and retired Wichita Police officer. The floral arrangement cost a little over four-hundred dollars. Stems had sent a gentleman to drop off our floral arrangement at the church in which the services were to take place. My family and I walked up to the floral arrangement and were in absolute shock to see the flowers in such a poor state. After spending four-hundred dollars and the fact they had been purchased for a funeral, you would think they would of had more attention to detail when constructing this floral arrangement with old wilted flowers. As you can imagine, we were upset with the services that this company had provided. So we had called up to Stems and happen to speak directly to the owner, Cheryl Dixon. She had assured us that she had only just constructed the floral arrangement that morning and it was in absolute pristine condition. Cheryl added that the driver had even assured her it was delivered and staged in the very same condition. We had explained to her the floral arrangement she was describing is not what were looking at. We told Ms. Dixon we had taken pictures and could send them to her if she would like. Cheryl gave us her cell-phone number to text the pictures to her directly. Out of respect, I will not post that number on here. Before we could text the pictures, the phone number that we had obtained, cleared off our phone. We had to call her back and get the number again and she gave it to us with no issue. What followed next was the most disrespectful, unprofessional and discourteous action that could have been done to a customer. Upon retrieving the phone number to text the pictures, she began to rant and defend her product. This would of not been so bad, but the owner of Stems, Cheryl Dixon began to laugh at the situation. Our father had just past away and she begins to laugh at our misery. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Especially coming from the owner of the company. It was at this point, we decided not to continue any further correspondence with this company or to the owner. Instead we will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs to discuss the companys poor core values and business practices. Unfortunately, this post will not be up on yelp long. Yelp is what you call a ransom sight to business owners. If company owners pay Yelp enough money, they will remove post such as mine. This was the first and last time our family will ever utilize this company.

They provide excellent customer service and I have never had a client complain once about their work. The owner was very rude and kicked us out of the store and walked us to the door when we asked if they bought feather balls I had used once in my wedding. Very rude and unprofessional. Dont shop there!!!!
