If your looking for a nice floral arrangement, you found the right place. But if your looking for the most beautiful, love filled arrangement, you have hit the lottery. The service Carmen gives is like no other that I have found in this industry. My wifes birthday is a very hard thing to shop for. I hadnt found anything and had been looking for several days. The evening of her birthday, I took her out to dinner. But before I went to pick her up, I called all of the florist numbers in the book. No one had their shop open. I called 3D Floral and got a sweet voice that sat at her dinner table with her family eating. She was nice enough to listen while I explained my crazy situation. Without hesitation, the voice told me that she was not far from the store and that she could have the arrangement ready in about 30 to 45 mins. I thought, " Ill get the most average arrangement", boy was I mistaken. I have brought flower for my wife many times, but none of those times could compare to this one. To me, the story made this arrangement the most appreciative one I have every received. Thank you so much Carmen. You gave the best customer service along with a high quality arrangement. No one can ask for more.

Staff Higher Vision

We called this florist under pressure with only hours to get an arrangement to one of our most important clients (after been left out in the cold so to speak from a national chain florist for Mothers day). When we called - the owner returned our call even before their normal opening hours and she handled our matter personally. We didnt give her much time to work but she assured us she would get it done. And they did! Not only did she create a wonderful arrangement. In fact, they created the most spectacular 5 dozen arrangement that we have ever seen and she did it with class and kept constant contact with us. Our clients and their Mothers are of extreme importance to us and she made us look good. I recommend 3D Floral and maybe their hard work and first class treatment will take them national and to greater heights. God Bless them.

I live in Utah and needed to send some birthday flowers to someone in Texas. I did a search and found 3D Floral Design. They were only ones with a 5 Star rating who were closest to where I wanted the flowers delivered, so I decided to give them a try. I called and was so impressed by how polite and courteous the person was with whom I spoke, and how eager she was to make the transaction and delivery go smoothly. I told her how much I wanted to spend and the colors I wanted and she did the rest, texting me a picture of the arrangement on the date of delivery, and then letting me know the flowers had been delivered. Thank you! Its refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service.

This is the first time we have used 3D Floral Design in North Richland Hills. It will not be the last. Carmen has the most wonderful way of helping in so many ways. She is patient and has some amazing ideas. We were so pleased when we went to her shop to pick up our order. I have to say my jaw dropped open with amazement. My husband and I thought it was awesome. When my husband took it to his architect for Christmas he even said wow!!!!!! He just kept saying how beautiful it was. I wish we would have found her years ago. She cares so much for making the customer happy that it is such a blessing to see how much a business cares to make you happy. I will post the picture soon

The owner is a life saver and a the core, a wonderful person. Past 4:00 pm on a Friday, I called desperately asking if a floral arrangement could be delivered same day. What are the odds? My nieces were competing in Region Gymnastics in Ft. Worth and I need them to have something specical when they get back to their hotel room that evening. The owner mae it all happen including asking her driver to come back after shed left for the day. Then she followed up with the hotel to ensure delivery to the guests. Service over and above!!! The arrangement itself...stunning. Thank you!!!!

This floral shop is divine, I have purchased several arrangements with Carmen the owner; Carmen will treat you as if she is part of your family. She has the most enthusiastic qualitys and is so pleasant to talk with. I wont ever buy from any other florist again. This shop does phone appointments but is best with individual appointments to understand what the customer wants. Carmen will make your custom order to the apex of quality. I rarely/never post reviews but after the top-notch customer service and overall amazing experience Ive had with Carmen and her business I felt that if I didnt share how amazing her work is and wonderful a person, I would be selling future customers short. Gorgeous Arrangements, with touches of TLC, she goes above and beyond for her customers. If I was to post all the great things about this business it would be 3 pages long. That being said, I have found my #1 and only florist I will be going to from now on!

Carmen does the most wonderful work for any type of floral arrangement. She blessed me with a beautiful arrangement for my wifes 60th birthday called "Ivory Coast" that had Ivory colored roses that will take your breath away. If you have not had a chance to get one of her arrangements you need to do so for your next occasion. I have been doing business with 3D Floral for over 2 years and they are by far superior to any other place in the DFW area. You and the loved one you buy for will be blessed.

I found 3D Floral in a Google search when in need of a corsage for prom. I wanted something sort of specific but have no floral knowledge. Within a 15 minute phone call, the owner Carmen had the design taken care of and I was very pleased with the results. The corsage was just what Id requested and I found it to be very reasonably priced, too. Id describe the customer service I received above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be using 3D Floral in the future!

From the start, Carmen was just fantastic! She listened to what I wanted, and from that point made sure my order was taken care of. And this was a bit complex - I ordered from 3D to have this delivery made in Colorado. I made the order 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the order, Carmen followed up to make sure all was in order and that the delivery was on schedule. And she kept in constant contact with me! You just cant ask for better service!!

Best experience with a flower shop ever! I found them on google looking for flowers for my mom that works at Walmart. Not only did they make the best quality arrangement I would have expected to pay more for, they even delivered it straight to her in the store! Went way above and beyond with customer service by calling to let me know it was delivered straight to her , but also sent me a text with a picture! Very highly recommend!! 10 stars in my book!
