This lady not only got my Mothers Day order wrong, but when I questioned what happened and asked for a refund she went off on me. She was screaming at me and telling me how much pressure and stress she was under. When I told her that was not my problem, she lunged at me swinging as if to hit me and told me she did not have to be talked to that way. Her employee running the register had to get between us or she would have hit me. I admit I did finally yell and get rude then. She continued to yell and threatened me. I did not back down and she came at me again, this time 2 of her employees had to restrain her and take her to a back room. I stood there dumbfounded that a business person, who made a huge mistake, would attack a customer. I told her she was not a very good business person to be yelling at her customers. She scared me to the point that I left and called the police because she was threatening me. The police reported that she blamed this on me for not being more undertstanding of her mistake and for yelling and being rude to her. I was rude and I did yell, AFTER she tried to hit me and gave me her yelling speech about how much pressure she was under. I tried to be understanding, but she was clearly upset about something and took it out on me because I did not have the time to wait for to make the arrangment. Not a good person and if she cant handle the stress of a floral shop during a holiday then she needs to get a new career.

We used Bow Kay for our daughters wedding this July. We went there as a second quote from another local shop where we just didnt get the vibe we were looking for and from the minute we walked in the door we were overly impressed with the customer service! Natalie was the person we dealt with and she looked over our pictures and heard the ideas and promised everything would look amazing! SHE UNDER PROMISED. We were blown away by the bouquets and they had even gone above and beyond on our daughters as we had wanted one type of flower but due to cost we asked for something similar- they put some of those special flowers in there for our daughters bridal bouquet. We couldnt have been happier. Her bouquet looked gorgeous for over a week! And her hair piece was incredible! This past week I lost a family member and remembered how kind Natalie was so I took my family there and showed them a picture of the colorful urn we had chosen and told her what we were interest in and again she blew us away with her customer service, empathy and creativity when it came to the design. Thank you for making both events more beautiful than we could have hoped for. Im attaching photos for all to see.

I ordered my wedding bouquets from here and was incredibly disappointed. I was in too much of a hurry when picking them up that I didnt pull them fully out of the box to inspect them. I had asked for my bridal bouquet to be a full solid white bouquet with hydrangeas, roses, tulips, and I specified absolutely no greens. My wedding was on a Sunday which this shop is closed on Sundays so I was told I would be able to pick them up Saturday and they would be fine. Sunday morning I woke up to start getting ready and I noticed how terrible the bouquet looked. I was lop sided the roses turned brown, there was a few weird green buds sticking out randomly, and all my bouquet really was was chrysanthemums which really made the bouquet look cheap. Since it was Sunday obviously I couldnt reach them. I ended up spending 3 hours that day looking at grocery stores all over the meteoplex for enough decent flowers to try and make my own bouquet. It was an absolute nightmare and not worth the price tag. Please consider looking elsewhere

I ordered a flower arrangement for the same day and they did not deliver. I called and they said they would deliver them first thing the next morning: still did not deliver. I called after lunch and they said it was out on route and would deliver soon. I called yet again around 4 and they said it was never on the truck and would have to deliver them the next day. I told them I wanted my arrangement now and I would be on my way to pick them up to deliver them myself! They said they would have a fresh one ready for me to pick up. A fresh one? Why wasnt it ever arranged in the first place??? When I got there they had just started on it and I had to wait for them to finish it. I hated that I had to call so many times and got nothing but lies. I also hated that I had to wait and deliver them myself!

I called for the first time and spoke with the owner. She was so nice and helpful. Ive never shopped there and yet she was willing to help me above and beyond as if I was a repeat customer with her. Im grateful I found her and she has become my preferred florist! Im an event planner and always deal with different floral vendors and she displayed such a refreshing attitude with me. It was great!!! Thank you Kathy for your help, Ill be using you from now on! -Lucy

I needed flowers for a funeral and I am out of town. I called and got a machine that said if you are in a hurry, email. I did and got a phone call within 5 minutes. I explained what I wanted (pastel colors, my price range and make it pretty.) Per another review, I left the details up to them. Feedback from the family was that they were the prettiest flowers there, so I am very pleased. Thank you

My employer had a beautiful arrangement of white roses/mums delivered to me when my Mother in Law passed away. They were absolutely beautiful and made our day so much brighter. I also appreciated the delivery driver calling to let me know he had left the arragement at the front door. I will definitely be using them for my own deliveries. :)

The owner was very helpful in determining what we actually wanted. I recommend letting them have design freedom. The flowers were absolutely breathtaking for my Mothers funeral. I will never use another florist again. I highly recommend them.

I called the afternoon my daughter passed the bar and ask them to send an arrangement to her office asap. They got it right over there within an hour and it was fantastic. Awesome customer service!!
