I used to do business with this shop almost daily, over the last six months the staff has changed so drastically I dont even know what happened to the other people. I have been hurting for money lately and Ive been trying to get loans on my items and one of the sales associates turns my stuff away every single time I walk in now. Lets just call him BB. None of my items are low and I usually buy on the top tier of items I understand how the pawn business works but Im gonna start asking for gas money just to bring something in just so you can put a ion it for one second and then not help out isturning me away from ever going there again and a few of my friends have even said the same exact thing to me what does that say?

This is not your typical pawn shop. When you drive up it new, eye catching, and vibrant almost like it was a gym. The inside is the same. Clean, bright and friendly just like the staff. The employees were helpful, knowledgeable on several different aspects of their inventory and when asked a specification that was unknown to them.... they said "I will check." and googled it. I went for an Xbox one head set with microphone and got one as well as information about future buys I may get there. The only bad thing I can say is some of their concrete around the building was taped off. It had not fully cured yet. Part of being brand new. I think it is a good problem to have. I would definitely recommend them.

Just pulled my working Deck out of my vehicle in their parking lot, brought it in and 1 of their employees hooked it up and burnt out my deck. They blamed it on me and said I brought in a faulty deck when I was just using it moments before I brought it into their store. Id give negative stars if I could and recommend no one pawn anything here. Now Im out a $300 radio which was Irreplaceable because it was a gift.

The store is nice and clean, but as far as pawn shops go there isnt enough going on to draw me back in. Compared to my preferred pawn shops this one has less merchandise for its size, lower quality merchandise, and is more overpriced. Im talking sporting goods, outdoor power equipment, car audio, and guitars. The staff may be awesome, but the merchandise leaves a lot to be desired.

I would never buy anything else from this store, they sold me 2 non working lawn mowers and refused to reimburse my money, the managers were both not willing at all to consider. But there is a pawn store that I will shop at, right around the corner off of highway 81 they are always willing..,.

My experience with Pawnworks was very pleasant.Clean store...neat and everybody was very nice to me.The products were priced at a decent price with lots of great things for home,kids,movies etc.I love this store and i will be back very soon...nice location

Good prices and friendly service. Had to do a return on a ring and the staff was really friendly about it. Ended up buying a different ring and a TV with a discount. Not stingy with discounts, at all. Good experience!
