Total Fail! I went today to look at some wedding rings. The store was very busy and there were 2 people working there. Both were processing loans and there was a sign at the front that said "If you here for loans take a number". After about 5 minutes of no one helping me I asked "Are we supposed to take a number to buy something?" and I was told "Yes" Wow I dont think so! I went across the street and spent $300 on a ring!

If you ever think about making purchases do not because I brought a TV that went out so I send it back they told me I could get in store credit instead of my money back so I agree when I went to get store credit they told me "its sold as is" but on the recipient it says 24 hour warranty huh?

Door customer service and Noel is a very rude unintelligent old man who tries to loud talk customers when he doesnt know whats going on...and if I didnt have to give a star at all I wouldnt they dont deserve it
