I ordered a bouquet of flowers titled "Be my love" which included red roses per the photo online. The order was delivered as requested; however, there were no red roses. Instead there were red carnations. Though the site did indicate that they are allowed to substitute flowers in the event a particular flower isnt available - but red roses??? Everyone has red roses. I feel that the substitution was made because they could, not because they didnt have red roses. Needless to say, I wont be using them in the future.
