JENNIFER WHO WORKS IN THE FURNITURE FOR FAMILIES PROGRAM IS COMPLETELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. MY FATHER CAME TO THE STORE LOOKING FOR HELP AND SHE WAS SO NASTY TO HIM. HE SUFFERS FROM MULTIPLE MENTAL DISABILITIES AND SHE WOULDNT LET ME ASSIST HIM WITH PICKING OUT HIS FURNITURE. BUT DAYS PRIOR SHE LET OTHER FAMILES HAVE HELP. SHE IS OF NO HELP TO PEOPLE IN DESPERATE NEED AND SHE HAD AN ADDITUDE WHEN WE ASKED FOR HELP. SHE LEFT US IN THE LOBBY THE ENTIRE TIME WHILE WE FILLED OUT PAPER WORK. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SHOULD BE RE EXAMINED ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC. PEOPLE COME HERE BECAUSE THEY NEED HELP. NOT TO BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO FURTHER MY COMPLAINT FOR MY FATHER. PEOPLE DONT DESERVE TO BE TALKED DOWN TO.

The employees and volunteers here are amazing! The furniture is the best used furniture you will ever find, it looks almost brand new. What makes this place unique is that they sell used bedroom sets, so you can get a bed, dresser, end table, desk, etc. for a pretty good deal. They also have some clothes and other home accessories. I wish I heard about them earlier before going to all the goodwills.

They are WAY overpriced for furniture simply because people bring in vouchers from the county to get the furniture and they can charge basically whatever they want. Even when something is 1/2 off, the Furniture Bank STILL charges the County voucher for the full price of the item. We taxpayers are paying for this furniture that was donated , and now sold for a HUGE profit. I will never return.

Prices are higher than Goodwill or Salvation Army, but their stuff is nicer as well. A lot of the furniture they sell is brand new and the prices reflect that. However, it is still cheaper than most places. The clothes and shoes are priced right, but the small kitchen appliances are way overpriced.

Way over priced ! rude snotty scumbag staff and low class human garbage that shops in the store but it is way better then when this dump was over by Ridge Park square .and that tells you some thing! also will rip you off on delivery.

A good thrift store, especially for seemingly new or nearly new furniture. Prices are very low on clothes, but are too high on electronics. They do have half price sales sometimes too.

I bought a few kitchen items. My child asked if they had a public restroom. The clerks were very rude and the baby diaper needed to be changed. Atmosphere seems to be prejudice!

Okay okay okay! This place is better than most however, depending on whos assisting you will dictate your experience there. I got what i needed and thats the important thing.

The employees were very unfriendly, one said Im tired and we never get to sit done except for break time. I was in line for 15 min and finally walked out. So unprofessional!!

Very clean and organized. Its on the pricey side for a thrift store. The employees arent so friendly and one yelled in the back the whole time I was in the store.
