Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. I called to ask how to change my name on my account after moving. I called corporate they said to go to my nearest store. Went and was told they could do nothing for me since they are not connected to the store I used before I moved. I called this store, since this is where I bought my stuff to ask what I could do. Get told I have to drive to this store to change my info. I live 2.5 hours away now. Unbelievable.

I bought a kitchen set for $250. I made regular payments on it. Then I lost my job, became disabled, lost my home, and had to move in with relatives. Instead of making an effort to find me and resolve the problem, they sold my debt to a debt collector who threatened to sue me for $3500. For a kitchen set worth 1/14 of that amount! The last time I checked usuary was illegal in this country. Horrible to do this to a disabled veteran. SHAME ON YOU!

A bad service they said to me in a week the delivery did not arrive they called me to change of delivery the next week Friday we call them I say to them that I am going to work they say to me that it has to see someone in the house I tell them that I am going to work that I am available after 2:00 pm they say that if I am not I will be charged $ 50 plus the $ 99 of the delivery I do not return To buy anymore on this store

Called to make a payment on my sons account, never had an issue before since I am not asking for any information. Robert was useless....I need the full account number or his social security neither of which I have needed before and neither of which were on hand. I am making a payment not asking for anything else....there is always one goon.
