My wife and I placed furniture on Layaway with Rich. I was told by an associate when I made my second to last payment to call the week of to confirm it was there. I did, I called on a Wednesday 6-4-14, I was told it was there. I told the associate that I will be there that Friday 6-6-14 to pay off my balance, and pick it up the same day, I was told that would be fine. I decided to call that Friday 6-6-14 to confirm one last time and was told that they sold it to someone else the day before! I asked why and I was told that since I didnt pay it off it was available to anyone who was interested in buying the same pieces. I was kind of upset and told them that I called the week off like I was told and you still sold it. I then asked that if I still come today and pay it off will you then not be able to sell it they said yes. I did just that as I was there another associate that was helping me asked if I could hold on a second. He then went to the warehouse and came back and said he did have a loveseat in stock, by this time I already returned my moving van I rented so I couldn’t take it with me. I asked since I paid it off will it stay here until my couch get delivered from another store or manufacture. He said yes, I said then I will pick it up at the same time. I was then told to call back next Thursday 6-12-14. I did, and was told that it still was not in and that they were having a hard time finding my matching couch. They will look into it and call me back. A full week pasted with no call I decided to call on a Tuesday 6-17-14, and was told by Rich that the manufacture stop that brand and no longing sells it and there are none in any of their stores, and my one option was that we could come in Saturday 6-21-17 and he can upgrade my to something else. We did, Rich showed us one model and only one model that was comparable to what we paid. We suggested that we didnt like the attached seat cushions because our last couch went flat and it was difficult to refill and he went to see what else was available and came back and said he didnt have anything and this was pretty much what he had. He then went on to say that he would give us a set of end tables. We said that’s fine because our only two choices were to either get our money back, or take what he was offering since we needed a new couch and love seat asap, and we were done looking and waiting and by this time were pretty fed up with the ordeal. I then went to tell him that I would be back tomorrow and pick everything up, he said that’s fine and he would be here too. Now he did not show us the end tables he was willing to give us. We just took his word on it. So we decided to call back and ask Rich a few questions I was told he was with a customer and he can get back to us after. I left my number. I was never contacted. So I decided I would ask about it when I pick up my set. I showed up when they opened at Noon and he was not in. I asked about picking up my items and they didnt mention the end tables. I asked about them and they didnt know about those I asked if Rich was in and was told that he should be in later and we can have him contact you. I was never contacted. I plan on calling today after this email. Now they did try and help us and even offered to comp us some end tables which now I never got and have to rely on contacting them again about something I have got. The set is ok and does sort of match what we were looking for, but it’s still not what we worked hard to pay for, and I feel that we werent really given that many options. I almost feel like I should have just gotten my refund and went to another place. I hope I can get the end tables resolved today. Not very happy with the overall experience, even though Rich did try help. It still feels pretty disapointing. Overall it just wasnt a good experience, we most likely will not be a repeat customer.

There is something to be said about places that pride themselves in selling cheap furniture. First of all, service in the store does not exist. You walk in, and outside your credit card, nobody really cares about quality of services (if any) provided. We drove from Lakewood to buy a sectional. You would think that 2 sales guys, including 1 that sold us the particular couch, after doing paperwork and overseeing the couch being loaded, are able to read the purchase invoice with color description. Not really. So, here is the summary - we wasted an entire evening - driving there, buying this item and insurance for it (by the way using our credit card, as they offer no payment plans, no free delivery, nothing spectacular really), and now, we know, that they are unable to even load the right color couch in the clients truck!!! The sick thing is that my husband asked the sales guy if they were loading the couch in the color we chose, and he was assured, they did. They only had 2 colors!!! 2 colors!!! 1 Darker and 1 Lighter. We chose a sectional of the lighter color. So imagine, driving home, unloading, assembling and waiting till this furniture will dry after some waterproofing procedures they had done and hoping that the color would get lighter, but of course it did not. The CSAs did not bother to really read the invoice and loaded whatever item. The best part is that we waited for the couch to dry (after all who knows maybe it a quality of a fabric) and even printed the photo from their site to compare, and to make sure it was the wrong color, only to call the store and hear CSA ask my husband when can WE bring it back to exchange?!!! I am DISGUSTED. Those people work on commission. Right? They make money on each sale. Now, I look at the situation and REGRET doing what I vowed I would never do - go in the low end "economy" store, which does not hire good quality people, who CARE about their customers. Sadly, I have read the reviews of this place prior to going there and thought, well, some people might have had not so great of experiences, but we would not. Well, I will tell you - I am on of them. I do not have time in my life to deal with unprofessional people, buying 1000$ item and being treated like I bought 1$ pack of cookies. They can pick up their couch, with our line of credit, we can buy one anywhere. Free pick up of the couch from our house is not even a service, because we wasted too much time, after 2 CSAs did not bother to spend 3 seconds to make sure the item loaded was the one we actually bought. P.S. I will advise anybody - GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR FURNITURE. DO NOT GO THERE.

Beware, these people are idiots. I made sure to come in as soon as they opened Saturday morning to get a nightstand/dresser (needed the dresser delivered) so I could get priority delivering. The stunad at the front desk with "3 daughters and that used to be a medical salesman (ya ok) " said there was no deliveries in front of me while I watched the truck drivers playing hacky sack in the driveway. I wanted to rush home to make sure I was available for the delivery people. It is 6:02 and dummy Mark says my dresser hasnt even left the facility yet and that it could take up until 9PM for delivery. Also lied and said there were 7 deliveries from the night before. A bunch of stuttering occurred after I told him that at 11Am the deliverers were playing in the driveway and that the fake salesman told me there were no deliveries scheduled upon my purchase. Oh ya, and the delivery fee is 90$. There will be a fistfight tonight if these guys think they are getting 90$. Go to two guys and a truck to have the furniture delivered from here, its cheaper and you dont have to deal with the idiocy. Will NEVER purchase from these clowns ever again... Also a 300$ kitchen table purchased from these people a month or 2 ago after installation I was told that "the screws dont fit in the chairs to secure the cushions and to buy superglue to correct the problem." Not only am I talking smack about this terrible business, but I am also trying to protect potential buyers to not feeling ripped off like I am. Spend a little more and go somewhere else.
