It is 6:44pm my delivery time was 3-6pm and thats not all my friends. The store experience was great and the sales staff and the floor items were also and that is where it ends. Once I agreed to the 3 week delivery time I was happy with my purchase. However a week before my items were scheduled to be delivered I got a call from the company telling me it would be another 2 plus weeks for my items. I was not happy with this as I spent a good deal of money and told the customer service rep that I wanted to return. She said should would give my complaint to a manager and I would get a call back. About 2 hours later I got a call back and was told that my 2nd item was delayed but she would try to get it in on time and would call me back in two days. She said she would call me to verify that the order was on time. Three days later I never got a call so I called back as I did not get a call and then was told that all my items would be there on time. Now I am that person so the next day I call back just to check and then was told my 2nd item would not be there on time. I told the rep that I wanted to return and she said I would get a call from a manager. Never got a call (at this point I am not shocked). So its now 6:55 no call from Ashley and I am not going to call them. If at least one of my promised items that I paid for is not hear I am going to go look for another company to give my money to. I work in retail management and clearly your company needs some help! If you want to buy from this company great! But it will take forever to get what you paid for. What did I pay for? Its 7:00pm now :( ( Did call them now 7:11pm. I was told the truck will be here at 7:45pm which is great as I did not want to do anything on my only day off this week. I was also told that I will get a call from a district manager.... we will see lol

We bought our kitchen table from Ashley Furniture in Fairlawn a little over a year ago and had a great experience. We love the quality and look of our table and chairs and definitely wanted to go to Ashley again for our couch and end table purchase we were going to make. Ironically, we ended up with the same Product Specialist we had the first time, Anna, who was so incredibly helpful and made the process quick, smooth and enjoyable! She was extremely attentive to helping me find the right look in regard to end table/couch combos and ended up moving tables from all around the show room to set next to our couch choice to ensure we would love the arrangement together...Im talking multiple tables...from all over the show room. She definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected walking into a furniture store as Im very indecisive and asked a lot of question that required multiple trips to the computer to look up product dimensions, prices, availability, etc. Last thing, when we purchased our table we had to bring our 4 year old twins with us, Anna was so understanding and helpful in keeping them entertained and allowing them to try out different furniture pieces (with our supervision) that it made the experience super fun for our children while we shopped for a table. All in all, great experience, great products, great service, 5 stars all around. We will definitely be making all our future furniture purchases exclusively from Ashley!!

Is it possible to give zero stars? I bought a table from this company back in October which was later delivered in November. I have had nothing but issues with this table since. To start with, the first chairs delivered were so uneven that I felt like I was on a rocking chair. I refused to even accept these and had them immediately returned. On the second delivery attempt the chairs remained uneven but they offered to have a technician come out and repair them. A little over a week ago the technician came out and said he was unable to fix one of the chairs due to a manufacturing defect and would have to order new legs. As of now I am still waiting on the legs. This was just the start. On Saturday my finance and I had a dinner party and used our leaf for the first time. After removing the leaf we notice that there was now a bump in the table due to one of the holes splitting where the leaf is inserted. I called customer service and sent them an email with the attached image. After speaking with them they have now told me that I must have spilled something and that they will not cover this! I am an honest person and I can state that I am a 100% certain that nothing has ever been spilled on this table. I cannot believe that I have spent over $2,000 dollars on this furniture to be told that there is nothing they can do for us! Moral of the story, do not ever buy anything from Ashley HomeStore unless you want to be treated like garbage.

We found a table that we loved. We applied for and received a line of credit under an Independence Day promotion (yes July). The set was originally scheduled to arrive 8/12, and then a couple days prior to delivery, we were notified that the set was backordered. New day, 8/30. On 8/30 the set arrived (minus the benches, those were still backordered) and the tabletop was fractured all the way through the length. We obviously refused. We contacted CS, and they assured us that our brand new full set would arrive 10/1 (today). Guess what? The set arrived (used with scratches) with mismatched parts that would not assemble and without the 2 parsons chairs (at least we had 2 good looking benches). Needless to say, we had to refuse this set as well. We cancelled the order. To make things worse, we have yet to receive a call back from our salesperson, Alicia from messages that were left for her on 8/30. In summary: it has taken almost 3 months to still not have a viable dining room set. We opened a vestigial credit line. We gave away our old set based on Ashley promises. And we still have not received any calls from the sales or management team at this particular Ashley location. The best part of the experience were the fine and conscientious delivery crew, who pointed out the defective furniture and parts. That is the only reason they got 2 instead of 1; its called integrity.

Matt was very helpful in deciding our purchase. He has great knowledge of the products he is selling. He is very personable with his customers. Not only was our experience was great, it was fun as well. As we shared a few laughs. I would definitely recommend seeing Matt Carter at the Ashleys furniture in Fairlawn. Thanks again for a great experience. Since I wrote this review I would like to add that their customer service center sucks. Waited three weeks for the FIRST delivery. Everything went well until the living room furniture was unpacked. They sent the wrong piece to the sectional we bought. The piece was refused. A week later delivery number TWO came. Again wrong piece. So this makes it FOUR weeks. So if the the first piece was wrong, how stupid can you be to deliver the same damn piece again? Mind you I work midnights and this was cutting into my sleep schedule. Now we are on the FIFTH week. They said I dont know how this has happened. Instead of waiting another week dont you think they would send it right away and compensate for this grief? Nope! Their about to send an empty truck and pick up our $6500 order and refund it. Quite the damn joke these guys are.
