All they care about is taking your money... Bought two sets of furniture and both were bad experiences. First time the sofas springs "fail" and they didnt replaced them because the warranty was only for 12 months but ours had 13 months. The sales person Tony never inform us of this. I shouldve learn my lessons that time. But we gave them a second chance. Bought another set and didnt come through on the delivery date or time. The sales person Tony (again) NEVER follow up to make sure we received our sofas on time. We even called him to inform him of the situation. But he did nothing until I complain to the manager. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

If there is a good review here about this store i doubt they are real reviews because if you buy furniture from this store its like your throwing your money away to the trash..we bought black leather sofa set and all the springs and sponge fell right out the bottom of the sofa..customer service is a joke super rude and ghetto talking always give the run around so even if you buy the furniture insurance you will never get it fixed or exchanged..keep away from this store you will find better quality at the 99cents store

"we got a lamp and a sectional (york) sofa from this place and are very happy with everything from the store, service, price, delivery etc. when we purchased the sofa, they were very precise on the time it would take for us to actually recieve it. the communication on the delivery time window was great too. they have lots of furniture to chose from that have quality, style but are comparably friendlier in price range. most of the furnitures are customizeable with several options to fit most peoples needs and tastes."

I love this store. As a designer and stager, I am always looking for something important or special and Margo never fails to deliver. If she doesnt have it, shell get it for you or have it made for you. Margo is the consummate professional and has such a hip vibe. For the record, I have her on my speed dial and she never fails to disappoint. Run-dont walk.

Do not buy furniture from here! I bought a bedroom set for less then two months ago and in less then a month started falling apart and the mattress came full of bed bugs. Now that I am trying to exchange it all I get is the run arounds!!!! Horrible service! Furniture is crap! And filthy with bed bugs!

Worst purchase Ive ever made! Bought a mattress and now I am covered Im bedbug bites. The store sold me a supposedly clean and safe product but it came full of bugs. Ive tried getting it exchanged or at least looked at by their service department but I get nothing but excuses and reschedules!

This place is TOTALLY AWESOOOOME!!!! I finally found the bedroom set for my daughter and I went like all over town. I am a very pivky buyer because my house has to look right. So the price was great because I actually got it on sale and I couldnt be happier! kudos Furniture Casa Linda!

Seriously, this is one place where I feel like you get more than your moneys worth. Salespeople are patient, friendly, and dont rush you. Delivery folks show up and set up when they promise, super careful and clean.
