As stated before by another user, if you go to the South Central branch, ask for Javier. Spoiler alert: This review will be full and long. I will first give bullets and then explain. Read at your own risk. :) 1. Javier was kind and courteous. 2. He helped me mix n match my table and chair set, even though he had to struggle it out with his supervisor. 3. He got me a discounted price on my queen size bed. 4. He demonstrated professionalism and "grace under fire" when a co-worker swiped his sale from under him. When my sister and I walked in, we were asked if we needed help by a young guy (not Javier). We told him that we would look around and find him when we were ready to talk business. After 15 minutes of walking around this HUGE warehouse full of really BEAUTIFUL furniture, we decided what we wanted and looked for the young man who intended to assist us. After 3 minutes of looking through the warehouse for him, we gave up and asked Javier for assistance. Javier was very professional and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a table from one dining set and the chairs from another set, and although it took a little haggling with his supervisor, Javier got us the set at a median rate. He then was able to further give me a queen size bed for the price of a full size and found me just the right mattress to fit my bed and my sleep style. When Javier went to ring up our order, the young guy from earlier swooped in and stole the sale. Javier showed a little concern in his face, but would not vocalize the frustration of having a sale stolen in front of a customer. (I only know this because I later asked Javier in private about the stolen sale). How much more professional can you get? This is a great sales rep in a great store. He even took care of the little things, like getting my sister and I cups of water and ensuring that the loading team took care of getting everything loaded into my Pathfinder. (By the way, the loading guys were amazing as well!!! They fit a queen size bed and a 6 piece table into my 96 pathfinder safely and securely even though my pathfinder wasnt empty!) Anyways, I would absolutely recommend this place for your furniture needs and again would like to say this: ASK FOR JAVIER!!! He really wont let you down. Thanks Javier for making our furniture buying experience a joy instead of a hassle. Danny out.

Customer service is what youd expect from a place like this. Large "show room" but very poor quality furniture. The furniture in this place makes me think of an old man who owns his own dusty work shop, who doesnt do a very good job at building furniture pieces, like a bar stool with 3 legs that are all different shapes, with one leg being shorter than the others. Then puts it out on the sales floor with the idea, yea it doesnt look good but maybe someone will still buy it. The even crazier thing about this store, is most retailers would remove damaged, scratched, torn, and broken furniture items off of the sales floor so that the customer wont see it, but not these folks. They will leave a busted up table or torn leather couch, a broken chair right next to other furniture pieces that look just fine, and expect people to pay the same price for both. Point is is the furniture is WAY CHEAP, YES. But there is a reason for that. Just be careful.

!!! JAVIER !!! JAVIER !!! JAVIER !!! It looks like this guy is famous, everyone is saying look for !!! JAVIER !!! So my wife and I came to this store, and guess who we asked for.... Of course... !!! JAVIER !!! The guy is an amazing sales rep. Just like everyone saids. Very professional Very respectful and has lots of patients... Walked with us around the store for like an hour and even helped us with measurements to make sure our sofa set would fit our living room just right... So !!! ((YES)) !!! I recommend this place And !!! ((YES)) !!! We also recommend the famous !!!JAVIER!!!

If anybody is ever in this furniture store... Look for javier.... From personal experience it looks like hes the only proffeccional sales person working here... The other employees where useless.... The will probably just try to hit on you.... One guy even gave me a card with his stupid music bands name and told me to call him... How pathetic. Price wise unbeatable but needs better employes.... Javier.... if you ever read this, thank you for everithing and for being so nice... The rest of the guys could learn somthing from you....

I had a bad experience with them. Their customer service sucks big time. The manager does not have good customer service. Things were not explained to us, the guy helping us left out information that we needed to know, then the next day when we were there he act like he didnt help us. Even though the situation was their fault the manager would not acknowledge it nor was there ever an apology!

If i could rate a 0, I would. Find another place. These people are a joke. I believe they should be closed down. They will give u the wrong number to their loan place. U will be stuck in a hole.. Their customer service SUCKS. Nothing but men with attitude walking around. Lazy at that. This place is HORRIBLE.. I wish I would have just walked out the day I went.

This place is good and great customer service but only from two guys roy, and edward great guys please dont go to some white salesmen thats named anthony he will give you attitude ive been going here to buy my furniture for the past 9 years now and its the best prices i recommend this place to everyone

Dont recommend it AT ALL! I walked in there and it took 15 min to get attended and while I was waiting I seen RATS on the sofas 0_o trust me:/ plus the guys there r pervs ! Never going back there NEVER! I recommend CASA LINDA IN DOWNTOWN LA same great prices and its more professional trust me !!!!

Customer service is horrible.they tell you they will have an item on a certain day and they dont get it.they give you the runaround.they lie to you and say that their delivery truck breaks down.just a bunch of crap!!!

I buy this bed 20 day ago and one side break i two peces, i call and they cant do anything cause the waranty is only 10 day!! Olmost $1000 going to the trash, definetly not recomend to buy here

Worst customer service ever!! Furniture is bs!! Bought a table set happens to be defective and wouldnt exchange since box got wet so warranty void!! Crappiest place ever! Shut this place down!
