Used to love having all my printing needs done here. Last month needed just a few double sided business cards and they helped me with no problem. Now a month later I needed some more for a last minute meeting as my regular ones were in the mail and they said they couldnt do it. But when i spome with a female manager she baiscally said they arent suppose to do that and she WOULDNT do it. Had to show up to my meeting without business cards. Thanks for nothing Office Depot. No longer doing my business or personal printing there

I drive several miles to a Staples just to avoid this store when I need an office purchase, even though this store is just blocks away. The rudest manager ( a young woman who has no business being a manager) I have ever encountered. Reporting the store to Corporate Customer Service of Office Depot does no good. And obviously they dont read these comments. My only satisfaction is knowing theyll get no more of my business.

Going here is an exercise in frustration - there is never more than 1 person manning the cash registers, and that person is usually unfailingly SLOW. I just called to complain, and they said that corporate headquarters dictates the 1 person checkout system. My husband and I DREAD going here for that reason (we only go there because there is no Staples nearby - talk about stellar & quick customer service!)

One person at the register with six people in line, when I asked if there was anyone to help I was told if there was they would be here. When I said it was a long time to wait I was told there is nothing to be done about it. I wont be back. It bad enough to waste my time standing on a line to spend my money, but to be treated so rudely also is not my kind of store.

It was worth the long drive. I have a competitor much closer to my house that is a let down unfortunately in many ways... Office Depot had the product I needed without the jacked up pricing of having people purchase much more than they need and charge idiot pricing at said competitor... Its a ways from home and well worth it... Nice customer service !

Alwaysnlloks like it is going out of business. Never crowded but I always end up behind someone that needs special attention of couldnt find something and decides the person checking people out is beeter to help them look for something then a person standing around counting ceiling tiles

Let me tell you, this Office Depot goes above and beyond, the manager there went out of his way to help me when I was having problems with my rewards certificate. The staff is helpful and will try to find a product if it is not in its normal place.
