Ive had to transition from being a displaced Carnival Foods shopper for 20 plus years exclusively. I dreaded it. At first I couldnt find anything! I have found in a fairly short amount of time that they have great food, great specials, and for the most part really nice, well rounded employees. I still miss the family feeling and the christian atmosphere at Carnival Foods but Kroger is now my go to place.

They had everything I was looking for at great sale prices!!! The produce was great at this store... I shipped at the Reynoldsburg Taylor rd. Store last weekend and all the produce I got were rotten ..the bag of potatoes, the bananas, & the onions & apples!! I wont shop there again!! Everything was great @ this (memorial Dr.) Store! Plus they had sweet Vidalia onion relish which Ive been looking for!!

This Krogers is so nice it is so full of everything that you could ever hope for and if its not on the Shelf it cannot be had by anybody else drink it up soup it up eat it up crunch it up freezing up mix it up its all good when it comes from Kroger

Great staff. Short checkout lines even on busy days. Wide selection for a smaller grocery store. Sprint cell service bad and no wifi so it makes using digital coupons on the fly a bit difficult. Only reason I gave it 4 stars.

One of the most Favorable things about Krogers Grocery Store in Lancaster Oh. is theres two (2), One up on the North End by the Malls and One just East of Downtown, so wherever you live in Lancaster you can Shoppe at Krogers.

Friendly people, found what I wanted, and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Plus I received an extra big smile from Cheri. For me that adds up to a very good experience. :-)

I went in,told them I needed to send a money order. They told me to fill out the form. It was for receiving money when I told them Im sending and they stand around looking stupid!

I just started using the Kroger app and it is very helpful. Now if I could remember to redeem my coupons while Im there Id be in good shape. Always a friendly place to shop.

I love the Krogers on Memorial Dr Lancaster ohio. Everything is set up that you can find everything easily. Its clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Store is dirty and they run out of stock quickly. Plus its a older and smaller store. I go to the Home Stores to buy things. There is a nice one in Newark Ohio.

Small, crowded, hard to find things and staff is always rude, especially one checkout lady in particular. They do carry a great selection of vegan foods though.

They dont close until 1 am. We got there at 10pm and they turned off many lights in the produce and dairy aisles. Other than that staff is helpful.
