Every time Im in the store for really anything the staff shows me the most respect and do help me in information on some other ideas I have missed in my own pets betterment. They greet me and my pets and other shops in the area dont do that. It gives me a feeling of almost like a family. Plus they do always have deals and sales on just about every thing you may need for any pets. Even though its tough to bring all my pets do to weather ,they ask me about them and see how they are doing. In my book I found my place to get my pet supplies and thats with my friends at this shop.

I cant say enough good things about this store. The staff is always attentive and go out of their way to make the experience good. They have a great selection and very reasonable prices. One of the only pet stores that carry my dogs food, Taste of The Wild. They have a dog wash station where you can get 5 washes for $25. A steal when you have a monster sized dog. They are always so nice to my dog when he comes in with me. This is a hidden gem and I will continue to support this business over any of the big named stores.

By far my favorite local pet store. They have a wonderful selection and carry items that other pet stores do not. You can buy small animal and bird food by the pound, which I really appreciate. The animals Ive seen are very healthy and well cared for. The rewards program is really nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The fish are very badly diseased. Manager made excuse about how it wasnt the stores fault, but their fish are always badly diseased. Do not buy fish or other pets from this store, the employees know nothing about any of the pets they sell im the store. They do however have a good selection of dog food.

Fast & friendly. I like that you can return anything, even open food that your pet doesnt particularly like or a drinking fountain your cat would rather splash all over the floor instead of drinking from. They are more than willing to offer to carry your purchase to your car as well.

Love the dogwash. Shampoo, towels, and tub and I dont have to clean up afterwards! Buy a dirty dog discount card and get 5 baths for $25.00. Thats a good deal!
