Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! I take my Pug to Elizabeth in grooming, and she loves her job. She is so good with my dog, and always helpful with my concerns. One of many examples of her help: I had taken my dog to a few different vets to find out about his dry skin, and why he was throwing up every day, and she suggested that I change his food to an all natural US made (I was using Iams), and his dry skin cleared up within the first week and he has not thrown up since (almost 2 years ago).

The people that Pet Supplies Plus are always very friendly and theres always someone at the register. They always accept coupons and they always price match like they say they will. They help me bring heavy stuff out to my car. This is a wonderful Pet Supplies Plus I go there all the time I wouldnt even consider going to PetSmart or Petco

Everytime I go in there, they are out of stock of the same item (6pk of frozen fuzzy mice). I nearly bought the unlabeled store box until I realized there was only one inside. Then when I asked if there were any more full boxes, the clerk gave me the same box with one in it. Poor service.
