Some pockets of "good ethics" and "pride in service" still exist in this hectic world, and Pet Supplies Plus contains one of them. I attempted to buy an item that I thought was on sale, my mistake, needed to switch, had to go to the back of the line, but a high value employee was helping me with my mix up, his name is "Joe" He guided me into to an even higher value, for the same product that I was trying to get. He also must have sensed my personal frustration with my mistake and having to go to the back of a now long line. He then personally opened a register and proceeded to let me bypass waiting in line twice. This is an example of extraordinary forward thinking, a rare & true asset among todays average work force. Personal advice to Joe, think bigger than the pet shop, think "commission based" sales..... Just do it..... Trust me....

Other than slightly-to-significantly higher prices than other retailers (the only reason for less than a full five-star rating), this business is top-notch. Always clean, well-stocked and staffed by friendly, courteous and helpful people. Pet-friendly, even if youre not bringing your pet for grooming or training and are just there to shop.

The staff is really good here always someone asking how can I help you is there anything else I can do for you at the Young Mens are always willing to take your packages to your vehicle most of the time you never have to ask theyre always waiting especially if they see you have a lot

I love this place, its the only store I go for my dog needs. The trainer there is wonderful and will help you with anything you need and even tricks you never would have thought of. Plus the prices are much cheaper than the big box stores, most toys are at minimum 25% cheaper.

Very good store! Well stocked and clean. Super friendly staff that is always ready to assist customers with advice, locating products and carrying heavy items to your car. I have dogs,cats,birds and a rabbit. I find everything that I need here. Prices are good.

Over priced. You would think a franchise like PSP would have lower prices because of their combined purchasing power but they dont. I have found smaller mom and pop pet stores that sell cheaper than the big boys.

Anyone who complains about this store is crazy. Employees always greet you and help you find products. They always ask to take my heavy items to the car. Well stocked and clean. What a pet store should be.
