Lol at the reviewer who gave a low rating because of snooty people. You cant blame Freddys for the type of people that have flooded Happy Valley, although I must agree there is a large amount of entitlement in this area, I coined the phrase "Yuppie Valley" back in 2008 for that very reason. Now on to Freddys and not the customers. Beautiful store, ample parking, live music, beer, wine, and cheese, amazing produce, awesome deli, delicious sushi. It goes on and on. This store is crammed with great stuff, but is still somehow more open in space than a typical Freddys. No electronics section is sure to upset some, but I dont really notice. The employees are mostly very friendly, super slow sandwich makers, but otherwise good. Cant complain about much, really nice store.

Very clean, airy, aesetically pleasing new store. Gourmet food, including wine and beer, prepared food, and shoe sections are quite large with a lot of choices and extra wide aisles. If Im being picky; a bit too wide for me, as it made the trek to and from different sections feel longer with many unnecessary wasted steps. Some sections not related to food items are either limited (home improvement, home decor, organization) or non-existant (paint, electronics, tools, furniture). Some sections (clothing, shoes, kitchen tools) are typical size.

Worst recycling station ever. Two of the machines broke while I was waiting in line to recycle my bottles and cans, the only remaining glass machine wouldnt read a Coors light or a Corona. Only stars given here are for the attendant we called twice on the intercom, he came out after the 2nd time to help. He was nice enough to hand count what wouldnt go in the machine and was quick about it which I appreciated. No garbage can around to throw away plastic gloves. Get it together Fred Meyers working machines at least would be nice.

This place is amazing, it has a place to eat, (sushi, pan Asian, sandwiches, Starbucks, salad bar, pizza, and a lot of other foods. There is a bar and cheese spot. It has a great natural section and clothes department. The home improvement section was small.( little sad about that) but it offers more than New Seasons which is down the street. Friendly staff, and a place to leave children when you are shopping. Also there is a diamond section as well as a garden section. Shop there a lot for my groceries. Love it!

Not enough workers on the floor. They run out of items on sale regularly, before they should. They should have buy one, get one free deals more often. The deli eating area needs to be remodeled. The Senior Citizen discount should cover more things. The customers should be told regularly to look for the phone that is connected to each dept. It will save time and stop the customers from having to search for an employee. The marked down clothes in the apparel dept. are still priced too high.

Recently opened, this location is very clean and well run. Employees are always nearby and helpful. Happy to fill special orders or bring in products they may not normally stock. Large parking lot. Gas, garden center, shoes, clothes, housewares (no indoor furniture at this location), beer garden and cheese deli, office supplies, and, of course, groceries (lots of organic/natural products). Small toy, sporting goods sections, limited hardware items.

Doesnt have as many buying options as some of the other "bigger" Fred Meyers. You would think that in such a high density area that they would have thought to build a bigger, super Fred Meyers. While it does offer more choices then the local grocery stores it just doesnt have the awe of a big discount super store. Plus, the prices seem to be higher than the local supermarkets on regular, daily needed items like milk.

*** Amazing Store *** Love the new set up , beer and wine bar, coffee bar, cheese bar, all the refrigerated items are in in closed case doors, like lunch meats, cheese, etc., so it keeps it at more even tempature. Excellent customer service...I was looking at the different beers and a nice gentleman that worked there asked if I needed help, and showed me the beer bar and gave me samples before purchasing...

What a lovely, modern store with welcoming, helpful staff. The bathrooms in the far southeast corner is inconvenient. They really need more in a central location. Otherwise, I was impressed with the displays and overall quality of merchandise and the facility. This store far outpaces any other Fred Meyer in the Portland Metro area setting a higher standard for all the rest.

This is a "higher-end" Fred Meyer store, complete with a bar (yes, a bar) and a sushi bar inside. You wont find an electronics section in this location. This location does have nice cheese selection, some of the same things youll find at New Seasons. Convenient location, but has a smallish parking lot for the number of stores in the shopping center.

Four stars because I love this location, but I had an experience at the deli the other day that made me want to tear my hair out. Woman had no other customers to help, and yet still managed to take twenty minutes to make a sandwich. The cherry on top? SHE MADE THE WRONG SANDWICH. I was so damn mad. Only bad experience Ive ever had though.

There not a Fred Meyer. This is not a one stop shopping store. No electronics and down sized everything else. The clothes and food look the same but thats it. I was very excited when they were building it because it would be closer to my house but now since there not the one stop shopping I wont be going back

Fred Meyers is going upscale with this store... Sushi, wood fired style pizza, desserts that look more like whole foods, salad bar, cheese shop by Murrays, and in store baked artisan bread, plus a section to drink beer and wine in the store. Produce section is well done. It reminds more of new seasons now.

Its a lovely new fred meyers, but I do have to say that Im saddened by the lack of plus size clothes (even the 82nd location had more...and theyre a smaller store) & surprised with them not having an electronic department. People have been great & very helpful when needed, LOTS of parking & more.

Friendly staff, good layout of store. Always has great specials. Check out the take out meal selections by the meat department everything from vegetables, meats, rices just put in container, weigh, take home, microwave or put in oven. We sampled the braised ribs and they were delicious.

This store is beautiful, great selections and variety. There is a wine/growler station, carving station, oven made pizzas, and sushi, all made in site. Salad bar too. The only thing I dont like about this Fred Meyer is what I dont like about all of them. Prices are too high.

Fred Meyers has really stepped up their game. The stores are very nice - New Seasons nice - but the have New Seasons Prices too.... It used to be the Freddys was known for low prices on everything... Now it seems as if they are just as expensive as the premium stores...

Nice and fancy inside, they have a small bar over by the Deli where you can sample some great local wine, beer, and cider, plus the usual great selection of food and home goods at awesome prices. The gas station is around the right side of the building.
