The only complaint I have really is this manager guy they have here. Some lumbering 7+ foot ex jock musslehead dealing with a mid life crisis or something. The store every day yelling Ot raising his voice at all his employees talking to them like they are half wits. I can personally tell you that his staff are great and we have never had a problem with the store till he came alone. I almost feel like I dont want to ask anyone for help becouse this guy is going to talk to them like they are stupid if I cant find something. Then I was there today and he had half the staff looking for something he couldnt find. Some clip board or something he lost while there was one counter open and a huge line. And hes calling for all the staff ricins the stuff he misplaced.

I came here to get one thing. Im not familiar with the set up of this store. After walking around the entire store I decided to ask an employee. After asking three, which all told me to ask someone else, I decided to go to customer service. No one was at the customer service desk, but I asked a manager, who pointed and said its over there around the corner. Where I originally looked and still did not see it. Im not sure about how things are done here, but at my home grocery store they should walk you over to the item or ask someone else to help you find it.

I never will go again to safeway, there is black woman she has glasses i was going to pay and she told me that the line was close, and than i went to another line to pay,and you are no going to believe this, theres was two american paying at the line that i just went about seconds ago and the black woman told me that it was close, i dont know how racist person lile her works there i felt very sad and angry how she acted just because im a spanish girl, ill never go again and i give 0 stars

The self checkout machines were broken when I went in Yesterday, ended up taking forever to check out, which I understand happens. However they didnt open up any new checkout lines which was frustrating, and only one guy was helping us with the problems. The man helping the self checkouts was extremely polite and helpful, he did his best to improve a bad situation.

The WORST Safeway in the chain, and thats pretty bad, considering. How they pull this off, to be consistantly understocked, understaffed and apparantly have no janitorial crew is just amazing. Management should be ashamed of themselves. I guess thats what happens when you have no viable competition in the immediate area.

Awful. Long queues, badly run store. Odd characters running this place. Feels like they have excons working here. Im all for giving people a second chance but this is ridiculous. Someone needs to open a store nearby to create some real competition for them.

Long line with only one register open at the exact same time every day, before I go to work. Why cant they fix a reoccurring problem? Even the cashier called it the "10 oclock rush", they know its a problem but just dont care.

After I had filled my cart with several items, a staff member removed it and was in process of taking it outside. Common sense suggests that staff LEAVE CUSTOMERS CARTS ALONE when cart is clearly in use.

I buy crab for my 4 year old. Hes never ever gotten sick from Safeway crab. And the folks who work here are kind all of them. Even when people are not happy doing their shopping.

Disgusting store. Ripped seat at sitting area. No excuse! Huge signs at soup self serve "WARNING" about calories but they dont list ingredients or calories of the soups!
