Forget the competitors, Wing Wa rules! I love that they will order Chinese herbs for you. I keep gan mao ling and chuan xin lian on hand during cold and flu season and Wing Was prices are so reasonable! I love the Thai basil and baby bok choy, the furikake, peeled garlic, satay sauce, adzuki beans and the pearled barley, tofu and miso. And if you need a treat--savory or sweet--they have an extensive selection of Asian cookies and crackers (and lots of other more exotic choices). Very warm and friendly staff. One of my favorite places in Salem.

Not clean but best prices. I have been another 2 Chinese markets. Theyre neat, its a lot of comfortable to shop. But if you want to save a dollar or 2 on per an item, Wing Wa is highly recommended.

Look for the duck eggs!!! Anyway, grabbed some fresh noodles from the fridge (made in Portland) and some rice noodles for stir fry. Good prices! Nice customer service!!
