Very big disappointment. I been going there for a while, for the fist couple of times my dog was groomed by one groomer which southerly was no longer there so I had to have a different groomer which my dog would not except so one of them employ and the managers advices Me give my dog some calming drops so he will be calmer, which I did and then I start on having Tiera as my dogs groomer, Tiera was wonderful but then she suddenly was no longer there again so today when I came back to have my dog groomed I was informed that they wouldnt be able to accommodate him since my dog did not like so much the new groomer Samantha which was very upsetting and I tried to give him the drops and then they told me that no they would not accept the my dog. So I cant understand one of your employees is suggesting to get the drops to calm him down and then other one says that no this is against the policy ,so you guys probably need to discuss between you whats your policy. Also all of that was said in a very rude way with no apology or anything up like that. I would never go there again and I wouldnt suggested anybody either.(p.s. The dirtiest pet grooming ever.)

This review is for the the grooming only, as I prefer small pet boutiques for everyday items and dog food. I was hesitant to bring my puppy at first, but now Im glad that I did, because he always ends up looking great. We are usually greeted by either Cassey or Tierra, and I love both of their bubbling and funny personalities. Yoko is our regular groomer, and does an amazing job incorporating my wishes perfectly. Well, today Litza cut my dogs hair and she turned back the clock on him, because he looks like the teeny tiny pooch he was, when we first got him. I couldnt be any happier. Natasha the manager is nice as well, so overall its a great spot to bring your dog!! Im neither an easy nor an overly friendly customer, so if they can deal with me, they can deal with anybody!!

Dont take your dog to the Groomer. They dont listen. I asked for her belly and privacy zone to be shaved instead they shaved the whole dog. She is a husky Germany Sheppard mix. Something that should not be shaved. She is also a service animal. She cant fit inter her working clothes/harness. She is shivering all time now. Believe she is cold in the house. She sun burns now everywhere so go thru a bottle of sunscreen a day. And need to bath her every other day or so to keep her Poors open from the sunscreen. Beside the fact she was my daughters protector. She looks laughable. Reported to corporate and never heard from them during the time they said. All I got was a laughing sorry. Not good enough.

Their prices are a bit outrageous! I went in to get the Breeze Litter system after I had seen it online for around $30 when i got there the price was $43...needless to say i didnt buy it and went to walmart n got it... Then I came back another day to get refills for the system after i saw them at another store for $7.99 and they were charging $14.99...I tried to do the pricematch and they said i needed an ad. Well i told the manager I could call the store and they could tell him their price. The manager was nice and didnt make me call and gave it to me for the price I had told him. Other than the prices its a nice location... Staff are friendly and helpful and they have lots of stuff!

Lo mejor su personal que trata de atenderte y resolverte las dudas en cualquier idioma buscan la mejor opcion para el cliente aunque no lo tengan en su tienda te remiten a otra de su grupo donde si hay lo que buscas. Asi que para mi la mejor nota es para su personal. Sigan asi.

I made a grooming appointment. I called the store 2 hours before my appointment to confirm the time and a person called David, who said he is the manager of the store, said my appointment was cancelled. He did not offer to substitute the groomer and did not offer me any other options. As a long time customer, I expected a much higher level of customer service. I honestly dont believe this David is the actual manager of the store.... but if he really is, Petco urgently needs to fire him and hire a person who is actually capable of doing this job.

Love this place bought my 3 ferrets from there staff is normally great but our last visit was kind of a turn off. Sales girl gave my daughter a hard time about buying a feeder rat for her snake. She kept giving my daughter dirty looks. will give 5 stars if next visit gets better.

Best dog trainer!!! He is very reliable and has a ton of patience!! He is listed as one of the top trainers in the country and he proved it when he showed me how to teach my miniature schnauzer!! I can thank you enough PETCO for having him at this location!!

They are always friendly and helpful here, and Adam the dog trainer is the best. My dog was 4 months old when we got her and was all over the place. After purchasing a training package from Adam she did really well.

The team that works here is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping you take good care of your pets. They are not the closest pet store to me by a long shot, but they ARE worth the trip to this location.

They generally have what I need. Only occasionally do they run out of the pet food that I buy. Staff is always courteous and the place is always clean..(no land mines) like others I have visited.

Standard warehouse pet store. Youll find what you need as long as it isnt a hard to find item. It seems like the animals are being taken care of, including clean cages and being well fed.
