Muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo, tuve una muy mala experiencia con el personal de esa tienda, específicamente con un vendedor llamado Miguel, que no me quiso atender porque según no le pagaban por hablar español. Entré buscando un desparasitante para mi perrito y el no me quiso atender xq según no hablaba español, luego de mucho rato se me acercó y todas las indicaciones me las dio en Inglés, o sea que compre algo que ni siquiera sé si es lo que estaba buscando. No vaya a esa tienda si hablan español xq tratan muy mal a las personas.

Endroit propre et spacieux. Belle inventaire de produits. Mais aucune considération pour la vie animal. Surtout les poissons qui se compte par dizaine, mort dans leur aquarium ,les survivants,en surnombre mangent les animaux mort faute de nourriture.Le tiers des poissons combattant du siam sont en train de pourrir dans le bocal qui nont certainement pas été changé depuis des semaines. Pour des gens qui travaillent avec les animaux, cest AFFREUX et INACCEPTABLE. Pet super marketing ne devrait pas avoir de vivant à vendre.

Always a pleasant experience at this Pet Supermarket. Our dog loves to "shopping" here. Friendly staff, they ask if they can approach my dog, and end up asking if they can offer him a treat. The chain runs deals regularly. This particular trip was to take advantage of buy one, get one on Nutra treats. Good selections of products from collars to cookies, food, treats and clothes. We mainly shop the dog aisles, sniff through the cat food and toys and watch the fish for a few minutes. We will gladly return!

I wouldnt even give it 1 star. I walk in and the girl asked me what I wanted in the nastiest tone. I say do you sell crickets? She said large or small, I said large, she says how many, I said 20, she said well it would be 24 cause we sell them by the dozen n just walks away. I pay for them at the register and another nasty girl worker, I say thank u have a good day and no response. Definitely wont be going back there. The only pleasant person was the guy that welcomed me when I walked through the door.

Went in looking for a few items. Customer service was on point. There happened to be a Maltese puppy in their customers owned . They were so kind to allow me to play with it . When I pick the puppy up it decided to pee all over me. LOL well lo and behold they have a little cleaning station problem was solved. Thanks ladies and gentlemen my experience was great.

Very bad experience in order to have a pet they were obligating me to buy a bunch of things that I know damb well I was not going to need and than have the nervs to tell me its a florida law, and funny thing is I work for a law firm

Terrible . I saw fishes eating dead fishes, all their Betta fish had ripped fins. I literally saw a huge gold fish floating upside down while a cleaning fish sucked on it. It deserves ZERO stars and they barely any reptile supplies.

Beautiful animals, great variety of stuff for your pets, nice staff. Only one thing... The aquariums needs more attention. Many of them were dirty, others have dead fish and shrimps, another few needed water changes.
