My boyfriend and I took our daughter into the store as a surprise because we planned on getting her a fish tank and fish for Christmas. The employee, Emma (I think thats her name) was rude and didnt want to be bothered with us . She made this apparent as we were asking her questions. We needed her assistance with choosing a fish tank and other items needed to care for fish because we were confused with the process. Her attitude was so horrible that we left the store empty handed and our daughter was immensely disappointmented. We took our business and various "questions" to Pet Supermarket, where excellent customer service was provided to us. We were able to gets our daughter exactly what she wanted. WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I took my yorkie to get her nails clipped and they ended up cutting one so short it was just about gone, I know accidents happen but what really made me mad was the fact that they tried to hide it and didnt mentioned it at all when I picked her up, I noticed she was shaking when I got her back but I figured it was because it was her first time she was scared but then my husband notice blood on his arm so we go back in there and the girl that did it was stuttering looked so nervous she didnt know what to say. Im never taking my dogs there again.

Very clean store. I get stuff for my fish here all the time. Everyone is very friendly and they always greet you at the entrance.
