Ordered furniture a month ago and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday between 12&2pm. During that time we proceeded to get rid of our old living room furniture. 1st Tuesday comes and I had to call to find out that no one would be coming that day, that our furniture wasnt in and it would be delivered the following Tuesday. 2nd week rolls around (we have been sitting on the floor & on lawn chairs for the past week) so on Monday I decide to call to see what time our furniture would be delivered. I was then told that now only half of our furniture was in and they would deliver all of it the following week. I am furious at this point. I was told by the manager that because of the troubles we have had they would deliver what they had of ours in stock the next week. Now onto the 3rd week of no furniture...our love seat, coffee table, end tables, and accent chair were delivered. Our coffee table was scratched and our accent chair is ripped and has 2 stains on it. I called the GM and was told to email pictures of the damage and they would send new ones out when our sofa and ottoman is delivered on 6/17. Today is 6/16 the 4th week, I called AGAIN to find out when someone would be by on Tuesday and guess what?!? NO FURNITURE!!! I was told then that I could pick it up Thursday if I wanted it this week otherwise it would most likely be next Tuesday. SOOOO happy that I paid delivery fees only to go pick up the furniture I was promised a month ago. I am also pretty upset that I have continuously had to call because no one there seems to care that people do not have anything in their homes to use for several weeks. I am pretty positive when I actually go pick up my furniture this week that there will be some reason I wont get it. I wish I could get a full refund and get rid of what I have...not having any furniture makes it pretty hard to give up 1 chair.

I usually write a review after I have used the product for a while. When I buy furniture I like to wait for 4-5 months before I can review it. Well I didnt had to wait that long for the purchase that I made at this place as by the end of 2nd month I could see the sofa couch that I bought had already started falling apart. The threads in sofa fabric are breaking already and its bubbling real bad which makes it look pretty bad. Contacted Josh(manager) and complained him about it and he is working with the vendor to help me here. I will update this space once I find the response from him but I am still very disappointed with the kind of quality I got even after spending 800+ dollars just for a couch. Lets wait and see how they handle warranty claims....

Just stopped in after seeing from green river. Was looking for 2 chest for our childrens room and they had what we were looking for. We needed 2, we were able to have one in stock and the other took 4 weeks to arrive at store, which is what we were told. We chose to pick up at store back of the store did an excellent job making sure no damage and loaded it into our truck (A+) . The only downside was not much front help, kinda felt like heres our store heres what we have let me know if you want it, even though there was 4-5 people on the floor (strong B). I did like it better than being followed everywhere..All in all good experience and will shop here again..

My new sectional has just been delivered and assembled, and I could not be happier with the whole process start to finish! The store had a great selection when I went in there, and the sales people were extremely helpful and nice to work with. I ended up purchasing a sectional for several hundred dollars less than the exact same sectional at another store in town. The communication regarding delivery was great, and the men who came and delivered and assembled the sectional were professional, courteous, and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this business, based on this great experience with them!

I havent received anything I purchased yet and hope I will be able to say Im happy after I do finally receive delivery. After missing calls for delivery due to being hospitalized, I returned Joshs calls to still receive delivery Thursday... I never received a call back and now have to wait! When I spoke with Josh he told me he did get my messages left but never offered a reason as to why he didnt call me back or put me on schedule for delivery as he had planned! I spent over a thousand dollars and I expect expect better service!

Customer service is horrible. We were told that WE would be called to set up a date of delivery, which we were told could be a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. After calling multiple times and talking to no one but the voice Mail, we were contacted and they told us what day and what time they would be there, which would not work because of work, we were then told there is nothing they could do except deliver it the next week which would then be 2 weeks later then what they said. Overall just very very bad customer service.

Holy mackerel! I guess this place is new to town and my brother told me about it so we stopped in for a second. Wowser… the prices are extremely competitive, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the selection is huge! I couldnt believe it actually. I was really impressed with the staffs willingness to help and answer questions. Customer service is a dying breed these days so it was refreshing to have someone interested in what we needed. Ive already bought two pieces from them and Ill be back for sure.

Love my new bedroom furniture I got from this place! It seems like I looked everywhere, but just couldnt find exactly what I was looking for until I went to Evansville Overstock. HUGE selection, genuine and knowledgeable staff and prompt service. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. I have an awkward shape space and the staff drew out the dimensions and gave great input on what type of furniture and where it would work best. I will definitely be back and will always recommend!

When it came time to promote our toddler to a big boy bed we knew we wanted something he could grow into without breaking the bank. Evansville Overtsock Warehouse was amazing. The staff was helpful but not too overwhelming. We ended up buying a bed frame, box spring and mattress. His mattress is more comfortable than the Denver Matress one my husband and I sleep on. Our son loves his big boy bed and I love it too. Looks great and is great quality. I suggest this place to everyone!

Husband and I bought 2 mattress and two adjustable bed frames. Both of us had medical issues. We were told that all would be in no later than 3 weeks, and now its 4 weeks. We have the two mattress and one frame. Thats cause we picked them up after paying for delivery. Called today about our other bed frame and they have no idea where it is. Manager said he would look into it and let us know before they close. Yet now closed and shocking no word.
