This was the first time and will be the last time to buy furniture from the store in Brentwood. I got a furniture for my apartment with total cost of about 9000$. I had to go there multiple times to choose stuff due to the availability issue. Then the whole order got messed up: got the wrong sectional sofa, my bedroom mattress got deleted without ordering the correct one (now I have bed with no mattress), order for TWO tv stands as they added the correct one without deleting the 1st one), I was not given any recepiet or any documents for what I paid for!!!!!! I called the manager and I did not get the sense that there is anything MAJOR or significant mistake from their side.. did not even say sorry for the mess they created.. As a conclusion; I dont feel I was well treated as a customer paid almost 8 or 9 thousand dollars.. If I knew that from the beginning then I would have gone to Ashley ; which is the next door.. This is the life; you learn from your own experience!!! Addendum: Just wanted to add a brief follow up to my review: I had to waste my time calling the store in Brentwood and the customer care service ( who had no idea how to review my order!!!!) I gave the customer service my order number but for some magic reasons they couldnt see my stuff I purchased!!!! How come you can NOT see my order if I give you the order number!!!! Do we live on the moon!!!! I called the manger who did not show any kind of apology for the huge number of mistakes they created to my order; BUT he kept saying " you need to pay to get this missing end-table, you need to pay to get the missing bed mattress "!!!!!! It is not about money SAIR, it is about inconvenience and disrespect!!!! I have a bed-frame with missing mattress for 1 week and after struggling with you guys I got I mattress with high foundation!!!! I have a TV stand in the box for 1 week and still has to wait another 2 weeks to have somebody to come in and assemble it for me... it not about money, it is about customer convenience and satisfaction...,, I was also able to talk to person who messed up my order who is also supposed to be a manager!!!! Who did NOT admit to taking the responsibility of the messing up my order and of course NO SORRY!!!! Finally; I have been waiting for 10 days and still have to wait for another 15 days to have their guys to come to my apartment to assemble my TV table to fix my HIGH foundation bed!!!! That is very embarrassing with NO respect... I would never recommend rooms to go in Brentwood; I wish if I was able to return everything and get my money back!!!!!

Wasnt sure what to expect based on mixed reviews but the Franklin Rooms to Go exceeded my wifes and my expectations. We were immediately greeted by Tim Reynolds, who gave us the option to browse on our own or to accompany us through the store. Tim took his time and listened to our needs as he guided us through the selection of sectional sofas, never once attempting to pressure us or make us feel like we were just dollar signs. We had stopped in on impulse, so we only had a ballpark idea of what may or may not fit in our living room. After landing on a fairly large sectional, I expressed to Tim that I wasnt sure if it would fit but would like to save an extra drive to the store and move forward with the purchase. Tim let me know that a simple phone call to the store to let them know it wouldnt fit is all it would take to cancel our order. Sure enough, our room wasnt quite large enough. When I called in, I asked Tim to measure our second choice and call me back. He did so without hesitation and we adjusted our order accordingly. Our delivery was set for the following Monday, 6 days after our purchase (which seems a little long, but not really an issue) between 5pm and 9pm. The doorbell rang at 4:30pm and they were gone in less than 20 minutes. The delivery crew was very polite and didnt damage anything, which is impressive considering how narrow of a doorway they had to squeeze through. The inventory is extensive, the staff is friendly, and you wont break the bank. I would recommend this location to anyone.

:( POOR LISTENING SKILLS...my dad has called them TWICE on the first scheduled delivery (7-5-17), telling them to bring the furniture (full storage bed, nightstand, dresser) in a small truck, as we live in the country and the bigger trucks will have trouble maneuvering about down our driveway and turning around to leave. Guess what happened? They came with a BIG TRUCK! Not the truck drivers fault obviously, but still frustrating. Never came the second time around (7-6-17), now with a "promised" delivery on 7-12-17. I really hope nothing arrives damaged. Mind you we have spent thousands of dollars here in the past 15 years...probably the last purchase my family will make at RTG. UPDATE 7-12-17: They brought the furniture, but ONCE MORE IN A BIG TRUCK. We dont live on a curbed street—we live in the country, on hilly terrain and a gravel driveway. Every time that furniture gets loaded and unloaded onto the trucks, and traveling God knows how many miles…there is the risk of damaging it, simply because of the handling and bumping along the roads. Now we are definitely thinking of getting our money back—at least they wont charge us a delivery fee and another "promised delivery" on the 19th. Completely unprofessional.

Delivery process is a nightmare. The first day on 4/11, I made some adjustments to my work schedule and waited. But unfortunately one part was broken very badly. Then the broken part was scheduled to deliver on 4/13 - it was a whole day window. So I called and asked the roomstogo to make the driver call me 30 minutes before they arrive. So I had to drive an extra 30 mile (from office) to open the door. But they made the call 10 minutes before the arrival and they were angry about that I was not home. Other point is they were not aware other parts were already delivered and they were about to leave without assembling. When I told you need to assemble steps which was delivered last time, they were not happy. The product was a loft bed and they didnt know which side the steps will go. They argued with me and I told then fix it on the right side. They bought the steps and realized it can be fixed only on left side and without saying anything they fixed it on the left side and left. Now when i checked later two screws are missing. Now roomstogo will ship the screws. Will wait and see what is coming next. As far the product, it looks good but a splinter from the rail hurt my daughter.

I was worried because of low ratings, so I waited until after delivery to leave my review. Everything went fine! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because there was only ONE employee in the kids section on a Saturday during a big sale. It was really hard for her to juggle answering everyones questions and taking orders because placing the order takes a little bit of time. When we were ready to place our order, we had to wait nearly 30 minutes because the employee was helping someone else with their order. But the lady was very sweet and friendly, very helpful. We had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, but the delivery men did a fine job. Only one was particularly friendly and personable, but they all got the furniture in and assembled and came during the time frame. They even called me (from a personal cell phone, NOT a # that comes up rooms to go so I thought it was a telemarketer) to let me know when they were 20 minutes away. We have always only bought RTG furniture during our 18 years of marriage, and we will continue to do so as long as everything runs smoothly and the quality is good. :)
