Dear ModerNash, your delivery service was extremely polite, really professional, and very, very careful while they were in my house. I’ve been interacting with a lot of really impolite service people lately while I’ve been working on this house. Your guys did several things which I found overwhelmingly impressive: -they carefully checked their gloves and shoes for dirt before touching anything in my house. -they took the time to stack the boxes so that the things I should open first were on the top, and explained to me which items to open first and why (such as, the sides of the couch have to go together before assembling the back). -they noticed that one of my pieces was a different wood tint, so they both asked me about it and doublechecked the list before leaving it. they also confirmed with me directly that I’d canceled one of the pieces. Finally, I offered them each a beer (because since I’m still moving, the housewarming party leftovers were the only beverages I had in the house), and they both politely answered that they couldn’t even consider having any alcohol while they were on the clock. Moreover, my order was filled flawlessly and nothing was damaged. If only I could get this level of service from Overstock…or Dell…or literally any plumber in town…

We placed our first order with ModerNash last week. We found the guys in the showroom to be very patient and helpful. Our order was delivered yesterday. In the interim week, we had numerous emails from ModerNash verifying our order, setting up delivery times, etc. We even had calls from the delivery guys to verify what we needed and a scheduled time. As one might expect, we were a little apprehensive about the delivery and assembly process. We worried needlessly. Oh, my goodness! Ron and Will were so skilled; they knew exactly what they were doing. In two hours, they assembled a 25 section bookcase, an 8 section bookcase, 2 drawer units and a table. On top of their skill, they were friendly, conversational and courteous. They made sure that we understood what they were doing and how to use the pieces. They left no mess for us to clean up. They carried the boxes with them when they left. We even had a follow-up email after the delivery. The website is well set up, easy to navigate, and monitored frequently. We will definitely use ModerNashs services again to bring IKEA to Nashville. We are sharing our experiences with our friends and have given them catalogs.

As much as I like traveling to Atlanta and fighting the traffic to see the sights and make a visit to IKEA, I value my time and appreciate great customer service. By going to Modernash, I can take my measuring tape, get a feel of how the furniture will fit in my space and look at the catalogs and visit online while there at the very cool showroom. Nick was very helpful in helping me plan a home office makeover, advising me what materials to use (and not use) and how to custom design a space using a mix of kitchen cabinets and storage solutions that quite frankly, one will never get in a predesigned, built massive piece of expensive furniture. I was pleasantly surprised that I could have a custom designed office at a very reasonable budget. Checkout was easy. Highly recommended! Very helpful and Nick really understands what customer service is. They dont offer free meatballs, but I understand theres a good Italian restaurant down the street.

Reasons why I will use this service again: So much less expensive than IKEA delivery, faster, more convenient (waited a half day for IKEA delivery people!) and comprehensive (so many items are not available for online order through IKEA). Flexible ordering: I was able to add to my order 2 times as I realized that the shipping costs did not go up for small items and I needed extra shelves. Really helpful and courteous customer service online and by phone. ModernNash saved me time, aggravation (try driving from atlanta with 2 young kids, a dog and a large set of bookcases in a mininivan!) and money. My furniture arrived in perfect condition with not a piece missing.

These folks take the headache out of dealing with Ikea. If you have ever driven to Ikea from Nashville to make a purchase, then you know what Im talking about! No multi-hour car ride, or frustrating calls to associates at Ikea who dont care after you find that your order is damaged or wrong. Did I mention ModerNash can process your return less a restocking fee? Awesome! I had too many leftovers from a recent cabinetry installation. ModerNash took them back and procured items that I ordered wrong. The fee was well worth it. They also took care of a rush order for a cabinet we needed but couldnt find. These folks are gems. If you need furniture for a convention - look no further than ModerNash. Its cheaper for you to purchase IKEA products through them, and have them deliver directly to the convention with furniture assembled then it is to rent from the convention organizers. If it was possible to give ModerNash more than 5 stars I wouldve. They were, by far, the best company to deal with while preparing for the convention in Nashville. Excellent communication, followed specific directions/requests exactly. Customer Service is certainly their business corner stone. Thank you, Thank you! Renee

I have used ModerNash twice. The first time I ordered an entire wall of Billy bookcases (with doors). They even delivered and assembled them for me (which is great for those of us who are assembly-challenged!) and I have received many compliments for how well they look. The second time was after I had gone to IKEA on a trip to California, and realized that I wouldnt be able to fit everything I wanted into my suitcase to fly back. Both times it was a breeze dealing with them-- very friendly and professional! I definitely recommend them!

Sydney Says These folks are terrific. A great service and a great company...They are young, enthusiatic, helpful and warm. And they know their business! Nic is fab and his sister Alesha did a wonderful job designing a work space for my office...very creative gal! You wont go wrong doing business with ModernNash and you dont have to go to Atlanta...they do all the work for you.I would highly recommend them to my 90 year old friends and my 20 year old neice and everyone in between.

I love ModerNash! We have used them twice already in the short time we have been in Nashville and have been universally pleased. They have made procuring much-desired Ikea furniture almost painless. Moreover, in our recent order, they followed up with Ikea (and us) multiple times to check on an item that was out of stock. They made sure that it got to us as soon as it was back in stock. Great business model and am happy to recommend them to my fellow Ikea-philes!

I have used Modern Nash at least twice and both expierences were fantastic. Their online site is a little tricky to use but once you get the hang of it it is super easy and quick. Service was so freindly and helpful. I got my order in less than a week and went to pick it up at their new location/showroom (which is very nice) and they helped load up my items. I will definately use them in the future and reccommend them to all of my freinds.

Your employee could have honored his word to give me the plans I asked for instead of just saying he would then never ever bothering to reply. Whats the bother of spending $95 for plans if when you cant afford your prices for the deal, you cant even be given access to use the plans? I ended up having to make it all again myself, rendering your services useless. Really unprofessional.
