Great service. Went in with my broken Q25s(left side had gone dead) and was issued a new one. Of course, I was within the 1 year warrenty. If It wasnt, they told me I would have had to pay $199(retail $299) for a new one. I am very happy.

My QC25s encountered a problem where the left cup stopped working after 13 months. Even though the warranty was over they exchanged the pair and offered me to choose a new color if I wanted to.
