Wed had a good experience with the Big Screen Store when we purchased our first "big screen" TV over a decade ago, so we decided to go there again to replace our other TV. I first did some internet research to confirm their TV prices were comparable with several of the "big box" stores, plus we knew they would have a better selection of cabinets to choose from. We also knew we would need some hand-holding in making the selection, and Jeff, the sales manager, was extremely obliging and courteous in this respect. He clearly explained the different features of the various TV models, inquired about our viewing habits, and based on those, agreed that we did not necessarily need the most expensive model. Because this TV was going in our living room, we wanted a cabinet that was reasonably priced but also was an attractive piece of furniture, and he pointed out several floor models which were on sale. From these, we were able to find an affordable one that fit in perfectly with the rest of our decor. All in all, the store experience, which Id been dreading, turned out to be very pleasant. Jeff was able to set up a delivery in two days., and the charge was reasonable. He explained we would get a call that day between 7:30 and 8:30 giving us a 3-hour window. The call came right around 7:30 giving us a window of 8-11, and the truck pulled in at 8:15! I think this is one of the few times we werent waiting around until the very end of our window for whatever service or delivery person was scheduled! Amazing! The crew was courteous and efficient, and since we were doing our own install, they were in and out in about ten minutes. Later on, Jeff phoned us to be sure delivery had occurred and everything had gone satisfactorily. Bottom line, you cant ask for better customer service than we received, and I would say that The Big Screen Store checked every box in terms of product, price, and service. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Just a quick note to commend Bryan Logan at your Leesburg Pike, Tysons Corner, store for his help in completing our order. We decided on the Big Screen Store after visiting several retailers. We wanted quality furniture for our new TV and your stores offered the only US-made, high quality choices. We also got well-informed advice on TV choices and a sound system, and decided to go ahead with a large purchase. We have a problem with limited space in our family room, requiring some modifications to the stock Baker Road items we needed, and thats where Bryan was especially patient and helpful. We explored a number of different modification alternatives with Bryan over a period of several weeks, requiring extra effort on his part as he helped us with each possibility. Even though we have not yet taken delivery on the furniture, our TV and Bose system is in place and is the PERFECT choice for our home and viewing habits. These were both strong recommendations by Bryan and his colleague, Kris Olsen, and we couldnt be more pleased. Our purchase required considerable attention to detail and thus a protracted process. The price was excellent; the service was competent, friendly, and patient; and the results were everything we hoped for. Many thanks to Bryan and the rest of your staff for a job well done! Highly recommend! We are very satisfied with our Samsung plasma HDTV and our Baker Road entertainment console. On one hand, I wish I had begun with the Tysons Big Screen Store in my research for our first flat screen TV. On the other hand, having spent significant time researching online and visiting other electronic stores, when I found the Tysons Big Screen Store, I was able to recognize the high quality of their products, and more importantly, the knowledge and professionalism of the two salesmen, Charlie and Mason. Not only are Charlie and Mason knowledgeable, but also highly responsive, honest, and happy to research answers on the spot if they dont immediately know something. Very nice give-and-take conversations without any sales pressure. Another nice aspect is that one does not get blasted by overwhelming sound when you walk into the store (as is usual at Best Buy stores). We highly recommend going to the Tysons store for both electronics AND furniture (consoles, entertainment centers, sofas & chairs).

We purchased two 55-inch Samsung TVs with Samsung Bluetooth soundbars from the Big Screen Store 23 months ago. They have worked flawlessly since that time. A few days ago, on one of the two TVs, we could not get the soundbar to connect to the TV. We called the Tysons Corner Big Screen Store, where we purchased the TVs from, and spoke to Mason. In additional to being very nice and professional, Mason was able to tell us -- from memory because this particular soundbar is no longer being sold -- which menu to go into to reconnect the soundbar. (Note: We would have never found this setting on our own as it was a sub-menu.) This was, in our opinion, exceptional customer service. This is a great example why buying from a store that specializes in a product can in so many cases be the best way to go, especially if the product is technical in nature and/or has multiple components that need to connect with each other. Many thanks to Mason. He really knows his stuff and solved our issue in short order.

My wife and I CANNOT RECOMMEND the Vienna Big Screen Store. In 2012, I purchased a large Sony flat screen with a Bose sound system from a gentleman there named Bryan/Brian. He may have been the store manager. I did not watch the entire installation in my home. However, just days ago my licensed contractor, who is currently doing renovations to our townhouse, found the INSTALLATION CREW had taken a REGULAR EXTENSION CORD and CUT AND SPLICED IT WITH TAPE to run it behind the dry wall; thus, hiding the wires and completing the installation of my TV. Everything worked fine, so I did not think anything went wrong during the installation. However my contractor told me that the installation is a VIOLATION OF BUILDING SAFETY CODES. In other words, these people exposed my wife and I to an unsafe situation TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS on a purchase worth thousands of dollars. BTW, it cost me over $300.00 to have the TV wired properly. Again, we CANNOT RECOMMEND this store.

Had a great experience here. Me and my wife stopped in to check out the tvs. I was on the fence about getting one at the time so we left. By the time we got home we had talked ourselves i to getting a tv. Mason was great. He did the transaction over the phone so we didnt have to drive all the way back to Tysons right before they closed on a friday. He got the tv on the delivery truck for the next day! They arrived exactly when they said they would and were in amd out in 10 minutes. My TV unfortunately broke after owning it for a week. Mason was awesome! He replaced the tv for us within the week. At no charge and no hassle. I called him up and said its broken, and he said, "no problem, when are you available for us to being you a new tv and get that broken one out of your house." I was super impressed. I will definitely be going back here for my next tv.
