Never again. Stay far away. Like a prior review (wish I saw it prior to going there) the charge for things that a true Verizon store doesnt. First I asked as independent do they provide the same discount I get with my employer. I was told yes. Before I even agreed to by the phone, the salesman had an app on my phone to move info from one phone to another. I even mentioned how presumptuous this was and he said "you said you came in for a phone. " He offered the tablet and many times I said no. He then ordered one when he ordered my phone he did not have in stock. When I went back he brought out 2 that I didnt need or want. In good used car salesman fashion he got me to leave with both. Yes I saw his paper he had to review with fees AFTER he processed everything and I had paid. I originally made the mistake of thinking the tablets were a one year contract then realized it was two. I spoke with a Verizon customer service person on another issue with the phone and he advised if returned unopened they dont charge restocking fee in the first 14 says. Apparently this store does because of their shady ways. $75 each no concessions. Lets also mention when he order the phone he changed my plan without approval. He would be a great used car salesman. When returning the items I was told that I have to understand that they are running a business and if they didnt charge they would be doing returns all day. That should speak volumes.

I would put ZERO stars if I could. My mother went to the store to ask about her battery losing power (older iPhone but working). She was told that she was due an upgrade (which was not true, she was several months away). Sold her an iPhone 6s (something she totally doesnt need). Told her it would be $150 for the phone (NOT true, that was just for all the "stuff" they sold her and sales tax - it was going to cost over $650 billed through Verizon. Returned the phone - what a hassle. I am still working it out with Verizon to remove all the charges from them. They also forgot to tell Verizon that the phone was returned so Verizon charge $199 for the phone old phone not being returned (which we still have because we returned the new phone. IF YOU WANT TO WORK WITH DECEITFUL PEOPLE < THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.

Please dont ever go to any "Authorized Retailer" These people do not work for Verizon and charge you for simple services that an actual Verizon store can do for free. I know its not convenient to drive to Westminster but it will save you in the long run.
