Staples Corporation should look into this Staples store. It has extremely poor customer service starting with the manager named Asad. Today I tried exchanging a laptop which I bought the day before and spent over 1 hour in store just because he kept doing other things. Never even had the decency to say "sorry for the delay" after The 1 hour he says we need your Credit Card for a refund...

My wife and I were shopping for a printer for her business and one guy told us he could not help us he was not trained on printers. The next guy who came only wanted to sell us an HP and couldnt tell us why. Then we see the first guy helping another customer that just walked up. AVOID THIS STORE

Refused to do a price match on the HP touch pad claiming that staples only matches their own stores not the maker or anyone else, yet when I went to the other staples just down 7 near ranger surplus they gladly matched the price and said they had no idea what the other store was talking about.
