Poor costumer service, disorganized, I had an appointment at 6 pm, arrived at 5:30 . they said you are early and you have to wait until 6 pm in not a friendly way. I waited until 6 and nobody came back to me until I asked again for help. My surface pro 3 had issues with the kickstand as it was not closing. They refused to fix it or replace the devise despite it was under warranty. They said it is a cosmetic issue??? I resolved the issue with Microsoft support online who was great and my devise got replaced as it should be. Would not come to this store any more. Hope Microsoft would work on improving customer service in their stores to match the quality of their new devices.

I can see why everyone is saying customer service is not that great here. I went there and looked around wanting to buy something and i see the workers there just standing in a circle talking to each other and not greeting anyone that walks in. I finally found what i was looking for and then i had to approach then to get service. I guess they dont have supervisor??? But either way as i was getting checked out they dont handle your items with care either. Im happy they finally have a store near me but they need to step up there customer service otherwise ill just keep going to the tysons store.

The Microsoft store had a good selection of computers, however when i asked if they had the latest version of the laptop i was looking for they only had last years model which was unfortunate. prices were all msrp and there was no real sale. Id recommend going if you need something explained to you, or if you live in the area and like being able to go into stores to return anything.

Excellent service, knowledgeable people. Their attitude is customer oriented and they genuinely try to resolve your problem. The managers and tech people are not afraid to use their initiatives. They really are excellent representatives for Microsoft. And they eat apple for lunch :-)

I always enjoy going to Microsoft stores. The people there are always super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable in their products. Very well laid out and very informative displays. Its nice to have a hands-on experience before actually buying the product.

The staff there are technically very incapable. I have a window 7 upgraded to window 10, it crashed, I asked them to restore the system since I have a lot of programs and data. They could not restore, instead, they trashed and reinstall a new windows.

Hated, hated the service. The kid was arrogant and wouldnt listen, let alone be solution oriented. All he wanted to do was sell me a PC. Avoid like the plague.
